Two-bedroom apartment with a terrace, perfect for 4 people. Recently renovated and decorated, with the best qualities and functionality to enjoy both comfort and quality. You can enjoy one of the best areas of Madrid. Very central location and well connected.

- Living room: completely renovated with designer furniture and hundreds of details. It consists of a comfortable sofa, carpet, lamps and Smart Tv and high speed internet.

- Terrace: large terrace with artificial grass and spectacular views of the center of Madrid

- Kitchen: you have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare any type of meal: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pans, cutlery, glassware, etc.

- Nº1 Bedroom: Very cozy.

The first bedroom has a 1.35 cm bed with a viscoelastic mattress, a cabinet for clothes and an exterior window, making the room very bright.

The bed comes fully equipped with sheets, pillows and cushions.

- Nº2 Bedroom: Very quiet and cozy.

The second bedroom has another comfortable 1.35cm bed with a memory foam mattress, a wardrobe for clothes and an exterior window. Making the stay totally comfortable and comfortable.

- 1 fully equipped bathroom with everything you need to have a perfect stay.

The bathroom will have a pack of towels for each guest: large, medium and foot towels.

Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Arrivée facile. A savoir: stationnement du quartier gratuit le dimanche. Hébergement correspondant aux photos. Ce qui s'entend ne se voit pas: bonne isolation de l'extérieur mais pas avec le voisinage. Cependant cela n'a pas été trop pénalisant. Le plus dommageable est l'ascenseur qui est tombé en panne. Bémol en famille : il ne faut pas vouloir cuisiner. C'est le mode camping, cela manque de vaisselle ( tire bouchon par exemple) .Sinon l'emplacement est top pour vister Madrid.

Pictures more attractive than in real

Unfortunately, we were disappointed about real flat looking. The pictures looks much better. Internet connection was totally bad . The kitchen shelf were broken . And it’s a “walking distance” to the city center just for people who big fan of hiking 😂 coz it’s around 1,5 kilometers distance…..

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay and were pretty happy with the accommodations. The location is perfect and the outdoor terrace areas were a nice bonus (however, there was a wet mud underneath the grass carpet of the larger balcony area so we did not use it much because it was a little gross). The unit is small so I truly would not recommend more than 3 people staying here. The toilet area is also extremely small as well as the second bedroom. Nonetheless, it did the job for our short stay. There were no face towels and a couple of the towels had a stain, but otherwise the place was very clean. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, great location

Our family (2 adults and kids aged 8 and 6) had a great stay here. Very clean, spacious, and it was lovely to have an outdoor space. We stayed during very warm weather and the air conditioning worked great. Location was also great, we walked to our bus tour and the train station.

Descripción completamente imorecisa

Definitivamente no es una propiedad nueva como dice el anuncio, dista mucho de eso. Con un terrible acceso es simplemente un piso renovado y no necesariamente práctico. Tampoco puede. Estar cuatro adultos, pues solamente hay una cama doble y una simple que está en un dormitorio acondicionado y sin ventanas. El sofá no permite ser usado como cama y está descuidado. Otra imprecisión. La terraza es un ambiente de azotea con un buena alfombra verde y un deteriorado asiento de madera. La entrada es calamitosa porque el edificio es en continua remodelación y los ruidos pero sobretodo la presencia de desmonte y material extraído de otros pisos en remodelación, es simplemente deprimente. La seguridad es discutible, el área de la locación justo a la entrada de la estación de metro con gente realmente para tener cuidado, no brinda la seguridad de volver tarde, de la misma manera de los pisos vecinos que no se encuentran debidamente separados e inaccesibles. Es el típico b&b que recibe pasajeros que no regresarán por lo que no se orticuoan de cumplir con lo que ofrece el aviso. Finalmente, tienen un website propio que es tremendamente difícil de acceder debido a absurdas medidas de seguridad que prefería estuvieran en la puerta de la propiedad, de calle y dentro.

Cuando necesite comunicarme por problemas de wifi, el codigo llegaba siempre tarde y ya no era valido. Si necesitamos una manta o una almohada, no habia, no es la primera vez que utilizo este sistema y como anfitriones dejan mucho que desear, minimo de lo minimo, una botella de agua , llegamos a las 22:30 y no poder tomar un cafe(dejar 2/4 capsulas de cafe), sal, azucar, minimo, sin ofender(muy miserable), espero les sirva para mejorar como anfitriones

Truly a great location. Metro right out the front door. Coffee and Pastries within steps. Minor disfigures getting the online check in to work but had what we needed to smoothly check in. We experienced a hot water issue and it was fixed within the hour!
