Discover design and comfort in Madrid's Chueca with this exclusive accommodation. Its enveloping atmosphere, flawless walls, and elegant wooden floors create a cozy space. Modern furniture blends with unique pieces, offering rest and relaxation. Soft lighting and quality textiles elevate your stay. A memorable experience awaits you in this corner of warmth and sophistication.

It consists of a kitchen with dining table and stools, a living room with sofa bed, and a bedroom with bathroom. Additionally, it is fully equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV, WIFI, etc.

The bedroom's bed measures 1.35cm, with a very comfortable memory foam mattress. In the living room, there is a double sofa bed (1.35cm in size).

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, utensils, crockery, and cutlery, as well as a coffee maker and toaster. You also have a washing machine and iron.

You will have access to the building and apartment via access codes that only you will use during your stay; you will receive all the detailed information days before arrival. The building has an elevator from which you can access the apartment, as well as the main stairs of the building.

Note: To access the elevator, you have to climb several steps (approximately 10) as it is not at ground level.

The accommodation is located within a very characteristic building; on the ground floor (entrance of the building) is the Compadre Barber's Club, a unique and iconic place in Madrid with a wide range of services in both the barber shop and leisure and dining. Please note that access to the building is shared with the terrace area of the establishment. In the apartment, you will find coupons that you can use at the establishment, where you will have a free beer plus a 10% discount on the entire menu and 15% off barbering services. We hope you enjoy it!

Chueca is undoubtedly one of the most cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Madrid, known for its narrow streets full of bars, restaurants, and shops, and for its active daytime and nighttime life.

With bus service, taxis, and the Gran Vía or Chueca metro station a few minutes away.

Located behind Madrid's Gran Vía, our apartment is in a privileged area right in the city center.

The flat is in the middle of a touristic lively place. The entrance is hidden by a bar/pub. The building is old but maintained to a minimum of cleaning. The main metal gate, the building and the flat entrance are keyless, so there is not a great sense of security although nothing happened while we stayed. The flat is elongated and narrow, and has the bare minimum, especially the kitchen. It does not have a kettle which is very bizarre. The flat although clean, has very visible marks of wear and tear, floor tiles broken, kitchen furniture damaged by dampness, a table scratched, bath shower with dark marks of dampness. The air conditioning needs fixing, it has a high pitch noise when ON and the airflow is little, the noise is unbearable, luckily the weather was not too hot. I'd not recommend this flat for a family of four, as the internal privacy is very minimal as the flat is small and the room is separated by a heavy, awkward glazed glass door. The location is very popular with all-night-long activities, bars, discos, adult entertainment places, and small restaurants, so nights can be very noisy outside and inside the building. (one night someone decided to hammer down a wall nearby). If you are looking for a heavy party staying, and you don't care about the noise, then this is your place. I'd not recommend this flat and area if you are looking for a more relaxing stay.

The photos do not match the reality. The property is damaged and old. The conditions are not suitable for living. I had to rebook a different hotel right away in 15 minutes. It is a damaged apartment located in the Bar building. The crowd is very sketchy and noisy. Unfortunately, my first trip to Spain was disappointed by the services of expedia.ca and Bookings Amazinn Places .
