I booked this property expecting the standards of a 4‑star hotel, but unfortunately my stay fell far short of that expectation.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: The bathroom was extremely small, and the white tub had pink edges that suggested mold and a lack of proper scrubbing. Curtains were gray and torn from repeated use, the hard floors showed stains and dirt that could have easily been cleaned, and the furniture was old and worn. Bath towels were thin and of poor quality.
• Comfort: The bed was serviceable but not the plush, comfortable standard one would anticipate from a 4‑star establishment.
• Noise: The most disruptive issue was noise. My room was located on the 5th floor near the stairway and elevators, and there was constant disturbance at all hours. Whether late at night (1–2 a.m.) or early in the morning, loud movements and banging made restful sleep nearly impossible.
• Service: While the staff were courteous, the hotel was clearly understaffed. Only two employees were handling check‑ins for a large number of guests, resulting in long waits.
Overall, this property did not meet the advertised 4‑star standard. The combination of poor maintenance, lack of comfort, and excessive noise made the stay feel closer to a 2‑star experience. I would not choose to stay here again.
