Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und aufgeteilt, auch wenn man mit der Familie unterwegs ist. Sie ist ideal gelegen, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu erreichen.Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns mit vielen tollen Tipps und Anregungen geholfen.

Home away from Home

The place was wonderful, cozy, and a welcome place to begin and end each day! It was truly in the center of everything, a little market across the doorway- very kind and fun workers there, and grocery just a block down- great food, and a pharmacy 1-2 blocks down- off of Calle Prado. Was able to get there easily as needed. AND, the most important!!- Patatas Bravas and Sepia just int he bar/tavern across the doorway!! Music and fun just steps away. The owners were incredible, responsive, and helpful. The process could not be easier. I would/ will structure any vacation to Madrid and Spain with this home as a home base or starting point any year, and time.

Excelente estadia en Madrid

Excelente ubicacion y lugar para disfrutar Madrid en familia. Domingo fue un excelente host. Su atencion fue muy buena y respondio a todas nuestras preguntas de manera rapida. Located in Barrio Las Letras, veryclose to all atractions. Host was great. They greeted us at checking, explain all around the house. They even have a map wirh recommended places to dine. 2 small grocery stores close by. House very quiet and comfortable

We loved our stay here!

This apartment was so cute and spacious, and it felt like a real home and not just a sterile rental. Our hosts were super sweet and welcoming. We loved that they provided maps for sightseeing and places to eat, with info on each. We also loved the location. We could walk to all the sights we wanted to see, and there was a busy night life in the street below. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great apartment, great hosts, great location

Charming, homey apartment very conveniently located to shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the Prado, Retiro Park, and Plaza Mayor. Plenty of sitting areas, and we enjoyed looking out of the balconies at the bustling narrow street below. Three flights up, so may not be suitable for older folks. No clothes dryer, but a washing machine and quaint clothes lines accessible from the window. No air conditioning, but ceiling fans kept us comfortable. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Au top super emplacement

Merci à Domingo pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse. Son appartement est parfaitement situé pour decouvrir Madrid, tout est accessible à pied à distance respectable. Tout le confort necessaire est là, parfait pour 7 personnes (un peu juste pour 8 car un des deux lits doubles est un peu etroit pour 2 adultes).

Beautiful Home

This place is spectacular with the charm of an actual home. The hosts are gracious, kind and warm. They did all that they could to ensure we had a wonderful stay. When we return to Madrid, we will definitively try to stay here again.

Perfect combination of location and value.

A charming apartment perfectly located for seeing the center of Madrid. Just a few blocks from Paseo del Prado, very near the museum. Within walking distance and a straight shot to the Puerta del Sol. Great dining within walking distance, and the owner provided a map of restaurants in the area. The owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Séjour réussi pour notre famille!

Notre séjour chez Domingo et Carmen s'est très bien passé. Domingo et Carmen, accompagnés de Simba, leur petit chien, nous ont accueillis chaleureusement; chacun s'est senti attendu après le long trajet. L'appartement est très bien situé. Nous avons pu y loger notre famille nombreuse sans difficulté. Tout est prévu: les serviettes, les choses du quotidien, les nombreux placards, les cartes de la ville... Nous avons pu ainsi passer un "super bueno" séjour à Madrid :)

Ideal location, plenty of space, cozy apartment

It's the small things that can make an apartment stay comfortable. For me, it's having a full-size refrigerator and lots of counter space in the kitchen, continuous-running hot water for my shower, good WiFi, a desk for setting up my computer and getting work done, and a convenient location. This apartment has that lived in feeling, with artwork on the walls and antique things & elements all around. Good lighting, too.

The host are AWESOME! Los dueños son Buenisimos!

Dueños muy muy atentos y el piso esta localizado en el mismo centro de Madrid, excelente y cerca de todo. Me encanto el ambiente mucho. es un tercer piso con muchas escaleras y lo recomiendo solo para personas que puedan subirlas sin ningún problema. Nuestra unica recomendacion es que pinten o limpien un poco más detalladamente y tengan toallas más nuevas. Todo lo demás fue tan fantástico que amerita una buena palabra. Gracias por su amabilidad! Owners very attentive and the apartment is located in the center of Madrid, excellent and close to everything. I loved the atmosphere very much. It is on the third floor with many stairs so I recommend it only for people who can climb them without any problem. Our only recommendation is to paint or clean a little more in detail and have newer towels. Everything else was so fantastic that it deserves a good word. Thanks for your kindness!

Perfect location - in the historic center easy walking distance to the Prado, great restraurants and the train which goes to magical day trips such as Toledo. Charming and spacious apartment which fit our family of six and two friends comfortably. Ideal kitchen and large eating area to fit us all. Great balcony on top floor to historic street. Kind, unobtrusive and informed owners. Book this while you can.
