This apartment is an ideal space for families or groups looking for comfort and functionality in a prime location, just steps away from the vibrant Chueca and Malasaña neighborhoods.

It features two cozy bedrooms with made-up beds on the upper floor, and a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room, ensuring a flexible and pleasant stay.

The open-plan living room and kitchen include a spacious dining table and a TV, perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite series or movies after a day of work or study.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware and utensils, so you can feel at home while preparing your favorite meals.

The apartment has two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and another with a shower. We provide shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, and towels so you can travel light.

Fraud - completely inaccurate photos - NEVER stay here

DON'T stay here! The property is run down, overused, dirty, unkept and unsafe. "A Charming Concept" property management company is a complete sham, they are committing fraud and will take your money. This property should not be rented out in the condition it is in. Falsely advertised by the property management company as the photos on VRBO were literally taken 5 years ago (as confirmed by the mgmt co). VRBO also does not stand by the photos on its site and leaves the risk on the traveler. We tried to cancel our contract once we got into the apartment but were told that because we got the keys, they can't cancel or even adjust the dates of the rental (how else are you supposed to see the inside when the pictures are not accurate?). Then the property management company shortened our stay from 3 to 5 days so that they could collect double the revenue by renting it out to more innocent travelers. They have refused to refund any payments. Bottom line, don't stay in any property management by "A Charming Concept."

Madrid Apartment Impressions

The apartment is in a good location. The check-in process was difficult and unclear. Having to enter the door code each time entering the apartment was difficult. The apartment could have been cleaner and better maintained. Overall if the check in and door code process was simplified and clearer and the apartment was cleaner it would have received a 5 star rating.

Malasana Apartment

The apartment is well equipped and we enjoyed our stay very much. There is a bit of street noise but we enjoyed the 'buzz'. The apartment could do with a bit of upkeep with decor but on the whole we would stay again.

DIRTY HOUSE

The property is in bad condition, the moquette is dirty, the access of the house is from back door of restaurant with garbage on the floor and small is disgusting. The house doesn’t have keys, you can open by phone but you cannot close the house. The manager reply very fast everytime l tried to contact him.

Awesome location amazing apartment

This place was great. Located in the middle of every thing in a place where you did not feel like a tourist. You just felt at home! Great food energy and life all around. We highly recommend this property and it’s hosts.

muy lindo apartamento en el centro de Madrid

muy buena ubicacion, departamento muy comodo para familia con adolescentes en el centro de Madrid (Malasana es una zona un poco ruidosa por la gran vida nocturna que tiene ) check in muy bueno a cargo de Jorge. Le hubiera puesto 5, pero como tenia algunos detalles que podrian haber sido resuelto rapidamente ( informados el primer dia) decidi colocar un 4 como valoracion final.

Right in the Thick of Things

We decided to spend Christmas in Madrid because our daughter is temporarily residing in this great city. This apartment filled our needs - at least 2 bedrooms and 2 baths- with a great location. Both bedrooms were spacious with one serving as a master with an en suite bathroom. The second had a trundle bed which we were a bit disappointed but made it work. Kitchen was a bit tight but functional. Loved the open atrium right outside the dining room. Oh, forgot to mention the apartment is on the same building as Mercado de San Ildefonso - no shortage of places to eat! Lots of good restaurants and mercados and shops near the apartment. Even though the streets were crowded during certain times of the day/night, you could barely hear the crowd noise from inside the apartment unless someone decides, in a drunken stupor, to let it rip. Not a common occurrence but it happens. A bit on the expensive side with added fees for the third and fourth guests. But it was the holidays and we needed the space for comfort. Fast response from hosts when contacted for a problem or two.

In the Center of Everything

Great location in the center of everything. Madrid is our favorite place to visit. This apartment centered us near everything. Shopping, transit, restaurants, etc. If you love the beat and vibe of a city, this place puts you right there.
