With its cozy and inviting atmosphere, Carlit offers a delightful retreat to come home to for your stay in the heart of the city.

Spanning 38 square meters, Carlit features a comfortable double bedroom adorned with a queen-size bed. The bedroom offers a peaceful sanctuary where you can unwind and rest after a day of exploring the lively streets of Malasaña. Additionally, a dedicated workstation is provided, offering a convenient space for catching up on work or browsing the internet.

The apartment boasts a tiled bathroom, providing all the necessary amenities for your comfort. Whether you prefer a quick refreshing shower or a leisurely soak, you'll find everything you need to rejuvenate and prepare for the day ahead.

Carlit presents an open plan living room and kitchen area, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and socializing, with the exposed wooden beams and neutral color palette bringing the mountain theme to life. The living room is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sitting area, allowing you to unwind while enjoying your favorite entertainment. A dining table is also provided, offering a cozy spot to enjoy meals or engage in lively conversations with your travel companions. The fully furnished kitchen in Carlit is equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

To ensure your comfort, air conditioning is available in all rooms of Carlit. You can adjust the temperature to your liking, creating a pleasant environment to relax and recharge. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
