It is undoubtedly a very exclusive property because in Madrid it is very difficult to find apartments with private terrace, moreover of considerable size. This penthouse has a terrace of more than 60 m2 with garden furniture and prepared to enjoy the sun, or having meals outdoor.

The whole apartment is exterior and all the rooms look directly to the terrace of the apartment, the living room with built-in kitchen is spacious and very comfortable, in addition it is furnished with design and good taste. The sofa is convertible into a double sofa bed (135 x 190 cm). In addition there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and independent and a separated toilet.

The apartment is located at Paseo de las Delicias, a completely safe area at night. A few meters from the apartment is the Atocha train station.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. convenient to Atocha train station

Very nice top floor apartment with great deck. Even in November, we spent time outside. Friendly management met us on arrival and were flexible about check-in time. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, as well as several reasonably sized supermarkets. The key museums and train station are within a few minutes to 20 minutes walk. We did easy day trips to Toledo and Segovia while we stayed there as well as see a lot of Madrid. Kitchen supplies were fine for simple meals.

Die Lage ist exzellent. Die Unterkunft an sich ist jedoch extrem heruntergekommen: Wohnungstür, die etwa 100 Jahre alt ist und weder Schallschutz noch Wärmeisolation bietet, rostiger Heizkörper im Bad, der in absehbarer Zukunft Wasserschaden verursachen wird, wackelnde Stühle mit herausfallenden Schrauben, Bratpfannen, von denen die Antihaftbeschichtung schon abgeht, Kochtopf mit herausfallendem Griff, da die Schraube locker ist. Die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Unter den Betten hat seit mehreren Wochen bestimmt niemand gereinigt - dicke Staubflocken. Die Lage in der Nähe des Atocha-Bahnhofs ist das Einzige, was all das halbwegs kompensiert.

Great host, awesome location, balcony was the best

This was a great place to stay while we visited our son studying abroad. The balcony was amazing - only wish it wasnt so hot so we could have spent more time out there. The size was great, amenities perfect, and location ideal. Thanks!

Simple, clean and comfortable accommodations in a good location. Very close to the train station, park and museums. The manager was very responsive to my communications, especially flexible with my arrival and departure times. There was some confusion with the booking because of the property was listed on multiple aggregating travel sites. But, it all worked out in the end. One great feature of the unit is the roof top deck. We enjoyed having our evening meal and unwinding on the patio at the end of our busy days sight seeing.

We had a wonderful time in Madrid. And the apartment was great for our family of four adults.

We liked being in walking distance of the Prado Museum, and the Atocha station. The kitchen was a big benefit.

Clean, well furnished apartment

This served as a good home base for the 3 of us during our stay in Madrid. Communications with Ignatio worked very well. The apartment was very clean and well furnished, including plenty of dishes for many people. The master bedroom had a nice-sized wardrobe, whereas the second bedroom with 2 beds had a shelf cabinet. The 2 beds basically filled the room. The second bathroom is a very small half-bath off of the lounge/kitchen area. For the 3 of us this apartment worked very well. The other building residents that we would meet coming in were quite nice.The location is near the train station, multiple places to eat, grocery stores, the Atocha metro station, and the Reina Sofia Art Museum. It is within walking distance of the Prado and the Thyssen Art Museums. A really good location to access all these sights.

This apartment is roomy and lovely.

We enjoyed all the apartment had to offer especially the terrace. The location was in the museum district away from the center busyness. The kitchen was well furnished and easy to use. The beds were very firm. We enjoyed this experience very much.
