Welcome to Sandstone Ranch! This peaceful, charming 3 BR, 1.5 Bath ranch style home in the heart of the Grand River Valley is completely remodeled, combining a clean, timeless interior design with modern amenities and vintage charm. This is the BEST location in Lake County, minutes away from ALL the wineries, distilleries, restaurants, Historic Madison village, Geneva-on-the-Lake, Spire institute, I-90, Powderhorn golf course, and Steelhead fishing at the Metroparks!
Situated on 1.5 private acres, this house has a wonderful, peaceful vibe with a vintage sandstone exterior, covered front porch, and a sun-drenched deck with lots of seating overlooking the neighboring acreage and horse farm. The interior is completely remodeled and features a brand-new kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, new floors, doors, trim and hardware, Arhaus leather sofa and love seat, a live edge coffee table, dining room table with seating for 6, a reverse osmosis water purification system and much more. Each bedroom features a luxurious king bed, dresser, full length mirror, clothing rod, two nightstands with drawers, two dimmable lamps with USB ports, shelving and room darkening shades. Our main living area features reading material, board games, Cable TV, Smart TV, a bluetooth speaker, mini Nintendo and Sega Genesis consoles, as well as Wi-Fi. Our on-site book will give you tons of ideas for dining and recreation to help you take advantage of our amazing location. We are less than a minute to Cask 307, Baci and Stonegait, two minutes to Laurentia, and within 10 minutes of ALL the wineries in the Grand River Valley. We are 5 minutes from the Historic Downtown Madison Village square. If you are in town for an event at SPIRE INSTITUTE, it is 8 minutes away. If you like the outdoors, there is a Lake Metroparks trail head less than a quarter mile down the road, which provides direct Grand River access as well as Hiking and Mountain Bike trails. Our goal is to make Sandstone Ranch the BEST place to stay in Ohio's Grand River Valley and as hosts we will do anything we can to make your stay as wonderful as possible!

While we welcome pets to stay please make sure you check the box for the pet fee. $100 per stay for pets.
We will ask for the payment during or after your stay if you didn't select it while checking out at the time of booking your stay.
We ask that they are leashed or on the runner while they are outside. We provide some essentials for the stay. Dog paw wash, bowls, poop bags, leash, and a runner.

Perfect accommodation

We (2 couples) enjoyed our overnight stay. The house is beautiful and very clean! Location is close proximity to many wineries and short distance to GOTL. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this rental. Hot tub was very nice.

Love staying at Sandstone Ranch for the following reasons: dog friendly, in the midst of neo wine country, comfortable home with beautiful inside deco, great amenities and lovely back yard deck, hot tube and firepit. Tiffany & Michael are wonderful hosts.

Girls birthday weekend

We booked this to have a girls birthday weekend away for my friend’s 40th birthday. We went into town for some spa treatments nearby and then we visited a nearby winery. There were several wineries very close to this house. We loved doing the hot tub to cap off the evening even though it was early Feb so going to and from the tub was quite chilly!The house was very cute and the beds were comfy! The hosts were super responsive. Would recommend especially if you are visiting wineries.

Perfect place to stay for wineries and some distilleries!

Beautiful house and perfect location! So close to so many wineries and a few distilleries within minutes. There a metroparks for walking our dog within a minute drive. The house is perfect for a girls weekend or couples trip. It has 3 identical king bedrooms and allows 2 dogs. Great property and attentive hosts! Super clean!! Fire Pit, Hot tub and horses in back yard are amazing. Pictures are not adequate for the beauty of the home!!

Lovely Home in the midst of NE Ohio WIneries + more

My husband & I & our labradoodle thoroughly enjoyed Sandstone Ranch. The home was very clean, wonderfully decorated & had all amenities you need. We loved the artwork through out and wondered who the artist is. The location between Cask 307 and Baci is perfect for wine lovers. And, sitting outside relaxing each evening either at the firepit or in the hot tub with the horses on the farm around us was really special. Definitely recommend and likely will be back.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great week at the property. It was clean and well stocked. Our group consisted of myself, my husband, our two kids (7 & 10) and my mother in law (75). We all enjoyed our time and the proximity to family we were visiting and the state park. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again in the future.

Perfect weekend getaway

I don’t think you could find a better house that’s as close to all the great wineries as this one! The location made hopping around to different wineries so easy. We ended the night by winding down on the outdoor patio and sitting in the hot tub - a perfect end to a great getaway catching up with girlfriends.

Birthday Trip To Ohio Wine Country

We had a beautiful stay from the moment we opened to door, to the end. A quick over night visit that was perfect in every way. Everything was set up and organized to make the stay easy and relaxing. Annual Family Wine Trip

This property is spacious, decorated beautifully, and has all your necessary amenities. Communication and check in was very smooth and easy. Peaceful patio and centrally located to many wineries. The hot tub was wonderful! Definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting this area. This was our first time spending the night on our annual wine trip and look forward to staying here next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
