This well appointed saltbox style house in Madison, NH has all the amenities you need to feel right at home and offers 3 bedrooms (with all queen size beds), 2 full baths and sleeping for 10 people.

The main level of this house features a spacious open concept living and dining area complete with wraparound sofa, Google Home, flat screen TV, gas fire place and lofted pine ceilings with 3 sky lights that allow natural light to stream through the house. From the living and dining area you can access the deck by large sliding glass doors. The deck offers an outdoor dining area and gas grill, perfect for dining al fresco or nighttime star gazing. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a pantry closet for extra storage space, dishwasher, gas stove, Keurig single serve coffee maker, tea kettle, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, etc. Also on the main level you will find a large bedroom with 2 queen beds, TV and large closet and a full guest bath with shower.

The second level includes a loft-like hallway that is open to the lower level as well as the sky lights which help to illuminate the second floor during the day. Here you will find the second guest bedroom with 2 queen beds and large closet and master bedroom with queen bed, TV and large closet. The second bathroom which is a "Jack and Jill" bath, can be shared with both bedrooms on this level or closed off and used exclusively as the master bath. Access to this bathroom may be through the master bedroom or hallway.

The unfinished basement has a ping pong and Foosball table for guests to enjoy as well as a washing machine and clothes dryer.

This beautiful house is located in desirable Eidelweiss Village and is a short walk from 1 of the 5 sandy beaches here. In addition to enjoying all 5 beaches in Eidelweiss during your stay, you are also welcome to use Silver Lake, where motorized boats are allowed. North Conway is only a few minutes drive from this location where you will find an abundance of stores, outlet shopping, restaurants and attractions. The Mount Washington Valley and White Mountain National Forest is home to many hiking and biking trails, recreational activities are plentiful.

MAIN LEVEL: Living room w/ Google Home, kitchen, dining area, bedroom with 2 queen beds (sleep 4) and full bath.

SECOND LEVEL: Bedroom with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4), master bedroom with queen bed (sleeps 2) and full "Jack and Jill" bath.

UNFINISHED BASEMENT: Ping pong table, Foosball table, washing machine and dryer.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: Washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, standard coffee maker and single serve Keurig, cable TV, internet/WIFI, gas grill, ping pong table and Foosball table. November 2021 owners installed mini split AC/Heating units (4 units total) 1 in each upstairs bedroom, 1 in main level bedroom and 1 in the living room.

Check-In: Will take place at the Select Real Estate office located at 445 White Mountain Highway, Conway, NH 03818. Check-in will take place any time after 4:00pm.
