Dirty Mess from the outside inside. What a dirty house
Reading the description and what we got were night and day. Where was the cozy fireplace, not working. Not quite sure what recently update meant, looks like 10-12 years ago. From the outside entrance with dead leaves (January) to walk over and dead trees and broken pots everywhere. When opening the door the mat inside was a dirty mess. Walking into the house was the same. Rugs not vacuum, and carpets very very stain, not pretty. The Refigerator a dirty mess. House fireplace broken. Shower head broken, bathroom sink broken, hair in shower floor, went to wipe up the cloth BLACK, walked from bath to down stairs the fresh white socks black on the bottom. Not to mention the black mold we believe is growing around the edge of the carpet. This was an uncomfortable feeling. And to date the owner has only offer to come back and have the house cleaned. So my time away I have to work around house cleaners when it should have been when we arrived. And to date no mention of any refund. When ask all was mention was she had to check with VRBO? After all the picture you would think the owner would have been understanding but no. Please think long and hard about renting this unkept house.
