The room had two roaches I saw before I even turned the light on. I went to the front desk and they said that was the last room. The lady at the front desk was actually really nice and understanding. But I wouldn’t stay here unless you literally just need a cheap room and don’t care what it looks like.

We had already stayed there with our dog for 2 nights, and when we decided to switch to a king-size room, they denied us service, supposedly because they didn't have any pet room available then they took forever to refund our money, really unprofessional if you ask me!!!

Hotel changed its name from listing,staff talked on the phone the whole check in process,took four trips to the office up and down stairs until staff got key to room correct, no breakfast served as listed, refrigerator antique old,bed was okay,had to kill a couple roaches in bathroom. Overall property was decent, little to no noise.

The front desk person, younger dark girl with blonde braids, EXTREMELY kind and tried to be helpful. But after she checked me in she said “if the room isn’t okay come back and we can get your refund through the booking app.” This was a bad sign to me. And once we got in the room I saw why. It was pretty disgusting, But we only needed it for a few hours to sleep and had stuff to lay over the beds so we didn’t have to touch the sheets AT ALL. And wore shoes the ENTIRE time, including in the shower. The walls were dirty, the towels and sheets were dirty (thankfully we had our own), and the bathroom was dirty. Dealt with all of that... Before checking out I checked my bank statement and was charged TWICE. once by the booking agent (expedia) and once by the actual hotel (America best value inn). I tell the lady at the front (older lady) and she started YELLING at me whey did I pay twice, as if I did it on purpose. Then she told me to GO to the lady from the night before room and wake her up to try and solve the issue. I told her I didn’t work there and she got even more mad. Eventually the black lady from the night before came out and gave us a refund, but it was an awful experience.

Disgusting, when I arrived there was a used condom on the bed and cockroaches everywhere I demanded that they give me my money back they got angry they took my keys and threw me out of the hotel and they didn't give me back a penny

PESIMA LIMPIEZA

Es un hotel con pesimo servicio de limpieza tiene cucarachas por todos, las bases de las camas son pedasos de madera no tiene maquina de hielo, los muebles de las habitaciones estan quebrados, no tiene una conexion decente para cargar tu celular es en verdad terrible

I did a reservation almost two week in advance we drove six hour and a half just to find that it was all booked. The just said sorry and to call the company with whom i did the reservation and ask for a refund. So mad with the service. I wil not recomend.

Great Price to Sleep

Wasn't the cleanest but was not unacceptable. Towels were clean but they were stained. Bathroom walls were clean but could use repair. Carpet stained. I saw only a few ants, but I even get ants in my house sometimes. My room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator and TV worked. Price was great and 11 am check out was a huge plus.

Unprofessional and dirty

The people are very unprofessional. And speaks hardly any english. This probably why they NEVER answer their phones. The place was dirty with cigarette ashes all over, yet I asked for a non smoking room. And the place has roaches. I seen 3. 1 dead 2 alive. No I will not recommend and embarrass myself. The place has potential. Just need the right type of owners. And this is my very honest review. I’m not that hard to please. Just be clean.

Hot water tap in bathroom was broken so I could not even take a shower. Staff did not even care. The bathroom door was broken also. Room was a big mess. Stay away from this dump!

STAY AWAY!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place should be condemned. I've never seen so many roaches in my life! Walls, floors, desk, dresser, kick the wood under the bed and they drop from the bed to the floor and scatter, crawl out from blankets onto the bed and scattered. Parking lot looks like the city trash hasn't picked up in 2 months. Dumpster overflowing onto the ground. Bags of trash laying next to every trash can and shopping carts filled with trash out back in the parking lot. Just pay the extra 15-20bux and stay elsewhere.

When we walked into our room we were disgusted, the floors were nasty looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in months, the sheets and pillow cases were all four dirty (each set on each bed.) we continue to find the sink is halfway hanging off the wall. Entering the bathroom there was water on the floor and a wet wash cloth hanging on the back of the door and 0 hot water the whole time we were there. We decided to go out around 10:30 on or so and we arrived back at the motel around 12:00-12:30 am and our key wasn’t working to unlock our room ( we tried several times) so I walked to the office to find nobody at the desk but the employee on duty is sleeping in the chair in the lobby. I proceeded to tap on the window and kinda tapped harder and nothing. So we called them 3 times before we could wake him up. We went thru 2 more keys that still proceeded to not unlock our room mind you all of our stuff is in there. So we have to go back down to the office where it’s unsafe and he gave us the room beside our current room. (Still haven’t gotten our stuff) this room had boards nailed to the wall for a headboard and the same dirty pillow cases and sheets. At 9:30 am we were woke by some lady who was yelling at us because we were in this room and not the other. I told her why and she kicked us out didn’t let us get our stuff nothing.

Never trust trust this place

Took our reservation had no room when we finally got there. Staff was horribly rude about it and refused to help find us Comparable lodging or even apologize for the inconvenience they caused.
