The owners live on the top floor of the villa and are available for any assistance, ensuring a pleasant and worry-free stay. If you're looking for a quiet haven, close to the sea and with a lovely view, this apartment is the ideal choice.

AREA
Caniçal is a charming fishing village on the east coast of Madeira Island. Known for its tranquil and authentic atmosphere, the region combines natural beauty with maritime tradition, offering a unique experience for visitors.
Just a few minutes from the apartment is Praia Natal, a serene haven with crystal-clear waters, perfect for a refreshing dip or moments of relaxation by the sea. You can also explore other pebble beaches, small coves and stunning trails, such as the famous Vereda da Ponta de São Lourenço, which offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The town also has typical restaurants where you can taste fresh fish and seafood. Caniçal is strategically located a short distance from Machico, where you'll find one of the few golden sand beaches on the island, and from Madeira Airport, making it easy to reach other attractions in the region.
Whether you want to relax by the sea or venture out into the island's lush nature, this location provides the perfect balance between serenity and discovery.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop about a few minutes walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
The house has two floors, you only have access to the ground floor. The owners live upstairs.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Machico. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot and a high chair if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
