Cozy home with eclectic flair, cabin-like on main floor. Partially furnished basement with sectional and small added bathroom, still a work-in-progress. Beds were very comfortable and the owner was prompt to respond. No extensive pre-checkout tasks, which was great for a quick pack-up. The home had most things needed and was very clean. Some of the amenities were older but fully functional. Due to time of year, didn't get a chance to use the enclosed back porch or whirlpool. Thank you for making our stay easy!

The house is adorable and so comfy!! The owners have put work into making sure everything is as easy as possible to use while there. Loved the book with explanations of appliances, tvs, Netflix etc. everything was super clean and accessible! Would love to stay again! Very close to cute towns, wineries etc.

Country feel close to convenient shopping

We recently stayed at the Cozy House and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The living conditions were quite comfortable, with cozy furniture and well-maintained interiors that made us feel right at home. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.However, there were a couple of issues. The air conditioning was broken during our stay, which made the afternoons quite uncomfortable, especially given the warm weather. The host was responsive to our concerns, however, and the problem was resolved. Additionally, the bathroom sink light didn’t work, the slider door was very tight and the patio was unswept and could have used some attention.Despite these setbacks, the home itself has great potential. With a few improvements, such as fixing the AC and ensuring the patio is clean, it could be an excellent choice for a vacation. The location is convenient to Erie Canal riding trails, and the overall ambiance is very welcoming. I would consider staying here again if these issues are resolved.

Comfortable and cozy

We enjoyed our stay with its wooded small town feel. The home was clean, and had everything we needed. The host was kind and easy to get in contact with. I would highly recommend staying here.
