Garage parking for 1 car; additional parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. 2 minutes walk from the beach. This large, double fronted Victorian house is situated in the pretty coastal town of Sutton-on-Sea just 2 minutes walk from the beach. With its own garden with a private hot tub and games room, it provides the ideal holiday base for any family wishing to explore. Mablethorpe, just 4 miles has ‘Kids Adventure World’ ideal visit for those wet days whilst Skegness just 12 miles, has entertainments for all ages with Europe’s biggest classic ferris wheel, Hardy’s animal farm and Natureland Seal Sanctuary to name a few. Well positioned for towns such as Alford, Horncastle, Lincoln and Boston which are all within easy access. There are castles, country houses, windmills and market towns to explore as well as walking or cycling in the Lincolnshire Wolds which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or follow the World War II Bomber trail steeped in aviation history. Links golf course 1 mile. Shops and pub 100 yards.

Needs updating

The property is big enough but needs some TLC. The cleaning was not up to scratch and was definitely not completed prior to our arrival. The jot tub is great but again we had to request this to be cleaned. The shower is a poor standard and ideally needs another shower room for such a large house. Tge outside needs clearing. The outside furniture was broken and the games room looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. For future visitors I would recommend clear guidance on where the car can be parked as we had complaints from the neighbours who gave contradictory info to what is stated on the property info. We loved the area just wont return to this property, which is a shame.

Had a brilliant weekend. House is big, comfortable and clean and was spacious. Location brilliant, very close to beach and private parking was a bonus. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

The house was spotless and very spacious as there was 7 of us.

The house was spotless and very spacious as there was 7 of us. Only downside was a curtain pole fell off the wall and hit my daughter. Would recommend putting an ironing board in the house and also instruction on how to use cooker as there was no temperature shown on cooker knobs. Fridge and freezer where turned off when we got there so fridge smelt quite bad.

Our second visit here.Took the dogs for a holiday by the sea.The house has had a bit of a facelift inside since our last visit,looking very nice. I think outside should have some attention now ,as the outside furniture is very tatty. The kitchen equipment could also do with an up grade as well. On the whole we really enjoyed our time and love the house because of its generous sized rooms, plenty of space. Well equipped for children with games etc, although we had none with us,it is an excellent family retreat. Great location, minutes to the sea and all amenities of Sutton. No doubt we will be back.

This is very spacious accommodation which smelt clan as soon as yu walked in and certainly was clean

This is very spacious accommodation which smelt clan as soon as yu walked in and certainly was clean. Rubbish bins were overflowing but this was rectified within an hour of reporting it. Location is very close to the beach and local butcher and baker very close (and recommended). Hotel across the road good for Sunday carvery.
