  • This holiday bungalow is located in the coastal resort of Sutton on Sea, a lovely base for exploring the surrounding area.. All on the Ground Floor:

    Living/dining room: 40" Freeview TV

    Kitchen: Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine

    Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, 22" Freeview TV

    Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

    Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Toilet. Highchair. Enclosed garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture.. All properties: Gas central heating, electricty, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot. Welcome pack. 2 medium-sized dogs welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Ideal for a family holiday near the coast. Situated in the family, coastal resort of Sutton-on-Sea, on the main road where it joins Sandilands, these single-storey properties provide a lovely base for a holiday. Drift Wood and Sea Shells (refs 29958 and 29959) are attached and Crab Cottage (ref 29960) is detached – they all offer fantastic holiday accommodation. The area has a lot of activities for everyone, with the coastal resort of Mablethorpe close by and Sandilands golf course is 1 mile away. With the sandy beaches within walking distance and shops and pub also a stroll away, there is no need to use the car, but if you want to explore further along the coast, the busy seaside resort of Skegness is 14 miles away, the market towns of Alford, 7 miles and Louth, 20 miles, are all worth a day out. There is also a nearby bus stop which is the main bus route from Skegness to Mablethorpe. There is a popular hotel with a bar close by with two tennis courts. Free fishing is also available nearby. Guests get a 10% discount at The Stables bar and restaurant. Beach 5-minute walk. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

This maybe dog friendly But you have to go out the only door then through a gate.

This maybe dog friendly But you have to go out the only door then through a gate. The garden was well kept. Only down side was the bathroom the wooden duck board had not been clean or taken out for the bottom of the walk in shower to be clean it was disgusting. It also had a lack of crockery if there had been four of us there would have been a problem. With regards to being near the beach it is a good 25 minutes walk away. The property is in excellent modern order and well-cared for all round. Two gardens was a bonus. Wi-fi a little sporadic (not a real issue for me) and the occasional rumble of heavy traffic the only minor quibbles. Make sure you visit Poplar Farm shop/cafe. I'd happily revisit. My sister and myself had a weekend at this cottage and it was just perfect.

My sister and myself had a weekend at this cottage and it was just perfect. We each had a small dog and the garden is completely enclosed for them and it is just a short walk to the beach. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. I do not live near my sister and so it was just a perfect place to spend some time together and we both loved it so much we have already booked to go back again!

Very clean, some areas looking tried, like the shower tray leaking, going though to the sitting room wall, road noise was very loud at times the cottage shock when large lorries passed But everything there you needed.
