Fußweg zum Ostseedamm 10 Minuten.Gartenbereich des Hauses ungepflegt - zugewachsen; dadurch im Souterrainbereich etwas dunkel..Terrassenbereich nicht gesäubert - reichlich Spinnweben - entspricht nicht dem Internetauftritt.Im Innenbereich des Hauses viele Spinnweben, Fenster ...
