While the accommodations themselves have been satisfactory, I have experienced repeated billing issues that have been extremely difficult to resolve. "Nice hotel, up to date, and the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel breakfast. Patio area is nice. I did have an issue with the sink in my bathroom, but by the time we got to the hotel I just didn’t care enough to have them fix it or switch rooms."

"The room is clean and staff are very pleasant. Unfortunately, the pillows this stay were terrible and I had to ask for 2 more which were exactly the same as the pillows in the room."

"If it was on the water, with a balcony, is the only improvement I would suggest. Our room was clean and comfortable. The added living area was so nice. Staff was great! I would definitely recommend."

"When we checked in, we had to wait as the front desk employee was outside. I tried calling the front desk but he explained he was out of range for the phone to work. After finally checking in, we were given our room keys. Luckily the keys did NOT work because he assigned us to a room that already had people staying in it! Disappointing check in over all. "

"Breakfast is not served. Only coffee. This is inaccurate in the listing. I had a smoke free room but was subject to smoke odors for a considerable portion of the night, which was very disturbing."
