Welcome to Lytham Loft — a spacious and stylish two-bedroom apartment in the very heart of Lytham.

Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully furnished in a relaxed contemporary coastal style, the apartment offers generous living space, two bathrooms and a fantastic central location, with Lytham’s independent shops, cafés, restaurants and bars right on your doorstep. Lytham Green and the seafront are just a short stroll away.

Whether you’re escaping for a weekend by the coast, visiting friends and family, enjoying a golf break or staying a little longer, Lytham Loft gives you the space and comfort of home while putting the best of Lytham within easy walking distance.

The Space:

Step through the spacious entrance hallway into a bright and welcoming living room.

One of our favourite features is the beautiful turret window overlooking Lytham High Street — a lovely spot to sit with your morning coffee and watch the town go by.

The living area includes:

* Comfortable seating
* 50” Smart TV
* Dining table with seating for four

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, including:

* Dishwasher
* Fridge freezer
* Oven, hob and extractor
* Microwave
* Kettle
* Toaster

You’ll also find tea, coffee, sugar and a few kitchen essentials waiting for you — along with fresh milk for that all important first cup of tea after your journey.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Bedroom One
A spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and private en-suite shower room with WC and basin.

Bedroom Two
A comfortable double bedroom with hanging space.

Family Bathroom
A separate family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, WC and basin.

Having two bathrooms makes Lytham Loft particularly comfortable for couples, families or friends travelling together.

Utility & Laundry:

The apartment has its own dedicated utility/laundry room with a washer dryer, iron and ironing board — particularly convenient for longer stays.

This is where Lytham Loft really comes into its own.

Step outside and you’re right in the heart of Lytham, surrounded by independent boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants and bars.

Lytham Green, the iconic windmill and beautiful seafront are only a short stroll away, making it easy to park up, settle in and explore Lytham on foot.

Despite its wonderfully central position, access to the apartment is through a secure gated entrance.

Please note that Lytham Loft is on the first floor and is accessed via stairs.

Parking & Bicycles:

A private secure underground parking space is available for guests with smaller vehicles. Please note that access is narrow and is not suitable for larger cars.

The secure underground area is also particularly useful for guests bringing bicycles.

Good to Know:

Lytham Loft is strictly non-smoking. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.

Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive use of the entire apartment throughout their stay. Access to the development is via a secure gated entrance, giving you complete privacy to relax and enjoy Lytham Loft as your home away from home.

Other things to note
Lytham Loft is located within a quiet residential building, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours, particularly when entering and leaving the building. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 7am.

The apartment is accessed via a shared main entrance with secure gated access.

Parking: Pay-and-display parking is available directly opposite the building, with additional on-street parking nearby. Please check local signage and restrictions before leaving your vehicle.

Secure underground parking/storage may also be available on request for bicycles, e-bikes, motorcycles and small vehicles. Please note that vehicle access is narrow and therefore not suitable for larger cars. Please contact us before your stay if you would like to check availability or suitability.
