    Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds

    Bathroom: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Bike store. On road parking. No smoking.. The Beach House is a wonderful semi-detached period property which can be found on the picturesque Fylde Coast, in the family friendly resort of St Annes-on-the-Sea. A mere half mile from the sandy seafront and promenade are ample amenities, with the continental and spacious St Annes Square just around the corner. On the way to St Annes Square you will pass Ashton Gardens which is home to play areas and bowling greens, along with the Pavilion Tea Room and Restaurant.

    Just south of the bright lights and razzmatazz of Blackpool, St Annes is brimming with tradition, with bandstands, paddling pools, cafés, tea rooms and golf courses, including the illustrious Royal Lytham & St Annes Golf Club. Pride of place on the seafront, you’ll find the laughing statue of the late, great Les Dawson, and on the other side of Fairhaven Lake, you’ll find the neighbouring town of Lytham. For people who love this stretch of the North West UK coastline, you can also explore Fleetwood, Cleveleys and the market town of Poulton-le-Fylde, all of which are all easily accessible in under half an hour. Finally for those who want to give their cars a rest, St Annes on the Sea train station is just ½ mile from the cottage. Beach ½ mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

We had a lovely stay at the beach house and will hopefully be returning again next year.

We had a lovely stay at the beach house and will hopefully be returning again next year. The house itself is a two bed terraced with on street parking, which we were able to do with no problems on any of our 7 nights, parking right outside each time we returned to the house. The house has been recently refurbished throughout and was clean and bright. It was an ideal location to base ourselves and then go out on day trips around and about in Lancashire. It was also a great place to take our dog, the owners even purchased a piece of Astroturf for the slabbed back yard as he's a little fussy where he goes, if you know what I mean? There is a beautiful park only 200 metres away from the house and the beach is only a 3 or 4 minute walk so, we made use of these every day to walk the dog and let him run on the beach. There is also a very convenient Sainsbury's supermarket within 300 metres and the town of Lytham St Annes itself is only a 5 minute walk, the house is also within a 5-10 minute drive of Lytham and Blackpool. The Beach house looks to be a relatively new venture for the owners and there were a few very small improvements that could be made (bedside table/extra cups/plates/lid on the outside bin etc), though, nothing that impacted our stay at all. All in all, a small, neat and tidy house that was perfect for us. Thank you Sam for a great holiday, good communications and possibly, the comfiest bed I have ever slept in!

Lovely property but small second bedroom with no proper wardrobe.

Lovely property but small second bedroom with no proper wardrobe. Back garden not really pet friendly as it is all done in slate pieces which my dog found it difficult to walk on. Decorated lovely. Would of appreciated a carton of milk in the fridge as we were desperate for a drink when we arrived

We had a very enjoyable week at Lytham St Anne's.

We had a very enjoyable week at Lytham St Anne's. Property in a great location, 6-7 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes from Sainsburys supermarket & Railway station. Lovely park just around the corner, St Anne's Square again about 7-8 minutes walk,with lots of coffee shops and a few pubs. Reg our Sprocker Spaniel loved all the attention he received in the pubs and cafes who are very dog friendly. Blackpool, not so dog friendly, but we were allowed to take him on the trams. Property very comfortable and clean, parking on road outside the house. Would have liked a bigger garden for Reg, but we coped with the small area at the rear. Modern comfortable Bedrooms and bathroom. If we were to return to Lytham St Anne's, would definitely re book The Beach House.
