The Space:
Welcome to our spacious and inviting mountain retreat! This rustic yet stunning space features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two additional sleeping options in the living room. The master suite boasts a comfortable king bed, a full en-suite bathroom with a beautiful shower, vanity and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom offers a full bed and a twin bed along with a 32in Roku TV making it perfect for families or groups of up to ten people. In addition to the master suite bathroom, there is another full bathroom with tub to ensure that everyone has plenty of space and privacy.
The living room is equipped with two comfortable pull-out queen sofa sleepers, adding even more sleeping options for larger groups. The living room also features a cozy wood-burning fireplace great for s’mores, a 42-inch Roku TV, and a selection of games to keep everyone entertained.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen also features a dining area with seating for 10 people.
The heated sunroom is a perfect place to relax and take in the mountain views while enjoying your favorite cup of coffee. The backyard is private and fenced in featuring a hot tub for seven, a fire pit, and corn hole boards. Kids will love the swing, and there is plenty of outdoor dining furniture for everyone to enjoy meals together outside.
This space is perfect for families or groups looking for a spacious and comfortable mountain retreat with plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained.

Guest Access:
If you are coming from Lyons you will turn Left just after county road 80 onto our private drive. The Lodge will be the first cabin on the right hand side. Please park across from the Lodge in the parking lot and you will enter up the stairs and through the main door. You will have access to the river and our entire property! Feel free to explore but please be mindful as we do have 10 other cabins throughout the property where other guests are staying.
The Neighborhood:
The Lodge Cabin is located on our private property right along the St. Vrain River! There are 11 cabins on our property and we pride ourselves in keeping it private and natural so everyone can enjoy the beauty of the mountains. We are less then 8min to Lyons and about 15min to Estes Park, 20min to RMNP and any and all hikes in between! If you are looking to attend one of Lyons many festivals we are a 5min drive to Planet Blue Grass.

Getting Around:
Any vehicle will be able to access our property. However in winter it is recommended being in the Colorado Mountains to have AWD or 4WD and to just be aware while you stay where you will be adventuring to. The property is plowed and shoveled in winter.
Parking: Park in the parking lot and enter up the front steps to the Lodge. Please follow the arrows on the parking lot. We have 3 parking spaces alloted for this cabin.
Other Things to Note:
GATHERINGS: We do not allow gatherings for guests to visit who are not staying on the property. We do this out of liability purposes as well as the limited parking spaces.
Wildlife: We are in the mountains and do have wildlife walking through the property regularly such as Black Bear, Elk, Fox and Bobcat etc. That being said please keep your distance, these are wild animals and we are in their space. Please do not approach them as we want them to come back. Keep a safe distance and enjoy their presence. Please keep your car doors locked and throw away any and all food into our bear proof bin located in the brown box near the Lodge driveway.
Smoking: we are a NON smoking facility and if there is any evidence or a smell of smoke where we need to have extra cleaning involved you will be charged.
Outdoor Firepit: please remember to turn off the firepit and propane before going inside for the evening
Indoor Fireplace: make sure your fire is always out before leaving
River and Fire Bans- The River is cold mountain run off and is also at times very deep and fast. Please be aware of this and stay a safe distance when enjoying! We will let you know about any fire bans that might come up in the area.
WIFI: We have good wifi however we are in the canyon and depending on weather etc it may become spotty at times.
