Located in a residential area, very close to the heart of the village of Genas, the house—which includes two year-round rental units and the vacation rental—features a fenced-in property with an electric gate, a shared courtyard, and several parking spaces. Completely renovated with care and elegance, the furnished apartment offers a warm atmosphere where you’ll immediately feel at home. Sandrine, the owner, who lives nearby, will give you a warm welcome and is available to assist you throughout your stay. On the first floor, enjoy a beautiful, inviting living area featuring a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also find a laundry room with a toilet, washing machine, and storage space. Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds and ample storage) as well as a bathroom with a toilet complete the accommodations. Everything has been designed to ensure a peaceful stay: fully equipped, with underfloor heating on the first floor and electric heating upstairs for optimal comfort.
