✨ A bright Canut-style flat with a bohemian vibe in the heart of Croix-Rousse

This typical Canut apartment, with a living area of 50 m² (Carrez) + 23 m² mezzanine (not Carrez), is situated in the heart of the lively and authentic Croix-Rousse district and captivates with its high ceilings, authentic décor and carefully selected ethnic-style furniture. About a 15-minute walk from the Presqu’île, it offers a bright, peaceful and cosy atmosphere, ideal for a business trip, a romantic getaway or a stay with friends.

The flat is on the 3rd floor without a lift in a traditional building typical of the neighbourhood.


🏡 The accommodation

This lovely flat invites you to travel, both indoors and out :)

A pretty, bright living room with a sofa bed, decorated in the style of the silk weavers, with exposed wooden beams and a spacious feel.
A lovely, modern, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped, with a table for 4 people.
A pleasant, modern bathroom with a large shower.
A wide selection of books on travel and cooking is available to inspire you or help you escape the daily grind.

Upstairs, on the mezzanine with exposed beams:

A charming sleeping area with a 160×200 cm bed (ceiling height approx. 1.70 m, and approx. 1.40 m under the crossbeams – watch your head).


ℹ️ Important:

The flat does not have a TV.

The staircase to the mezzanine has no banister: if you are staying with children, close supervision is essential.

Instructions for the appliances are available in the top drawer of the kitchen cupboard next to the dishwasher.


🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen

The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for cooking just like at home:
hobs, oven or microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc.

We provide a few essentials for when you’re in a pinch: pasta, rice, and other basic necessities.


🛁 Bathroom

A pleasant, modern bathroom with a spacious shower allows you to unwind after a day’s work or sightseeing.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
We provide soap and shower gel from the eco-friendly brand GREENLAB.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi, ideal for a business trip or for planning your outings in Lyon.

You can check in independently from 3 pm using the key box.
Check-out is by 11 am on the day of your departure.

The entire Memorable Place team is committed to ensuring you have the best possible stay in complete safety: a professional cleaning team visits before each arrival to clean and disinfect the premises and any linen used.

As mentioned in the listing, parties and any noisy events (loud music, etc.) that could disturb the neighbours are prohibited within our apartment.
Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment.
Any breach of these rules during your stay will result in a financial penalty.
