Located in one of Lyon's liveliest and most authentic neighborhoods, in the heart of the lively Croix-Rousse district and a 15-minute walk from the Presqu'île, you will appreciate the light, calm, and comfort of this superb 40 m² apartment, typical of the canut district, with its antique decor and furniture.

Located on the 4th floor without an elevator. Equipped with reversible air conditioning for more pleasant temperatures in summer!

You will enjoy a beautiful, bright 32 m² space with a sleeping area featuring a comfortable queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a desk, and a large storage closet. Then there is the living room/kitchen area with a single sofa bed measuring 120 x 180 cm (perfect for 1 child, less suitable for an adult), an HD TV, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher.

To the left of the kitchen, you will find a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and towel dryer. Finally, to the left of the bathroom, there is a laundry area with a washing machine and storage space.

WIFI is available, and sheets and towels are included. Our dedicated team will come by to thoroughly clean the apartment once every two weeks (already included in the price) for stays longer than one week, in accordance with our rental conditions, with a time slot defined in advance with the traveler. For any additional cleaning, the rate is 45E.

Complimentary items are available (pasta, rice), as well as a Traveler's Guide that will give you all the information about the apartment (WIFI code, instructions) and the best places to visit in Lyon.

Check-in is 100% independent from 3 p.m. via a key box. Check-out is scheduled for 11 a.m. at the latest on the day of your departure.

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18 (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)
