Waterside Lodge is a stunning two bedroom, two shower room holiday home in Exmoor National Park and directly on the West Lyn River. There is a small waterfall next to your private decked area & you will be able to watch the water flow past your lodge while you kick back & relax in your hot tub! There is also free fishing in the River.

The lodge sleeps up to 4 people. The main bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite shower room, bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, hob & extractor, large fridge/freezer & microwave. The living room has a flatscreen TV with freesat & a DVD player. There is free WiFi in the lodge. Access into Waterside Lodge is easy as there are no steps so perfect for any guests with limited mobility or families using pushchairs. There is also a dedicated parking space immediately outside your lodge. Onsite there is also an EV charge point.

The lodge is located in Sunny Lyn which is a small, picturesque Holiday Park. Adjoining the Park there is the wonderful Cottage Inn pub which brews its own ales and is also home to the highly acclaimed Nartnarpa Thai Restaurant (TripAdvisor number 1 restaurant in the area).

A stunning 10 minute walk (1km) from the Lodge (a walk with wonderful sea views) and you will be in Lynton Town Centre with numerous shops, cafe's, pubs and restaurants. From here you can either take the Victorian Cliff Railway to Lynmouth centre, with its beautiful harbour and a further array of shops, cafes pubs and restaurants. You will be spoilt for choice. Even if you stayed for two weeks, you would not be able to sample an evening meal at all the restaurants on offer.

Lynton & Lynmouth are a walkers paradise as there are numerous walks available including the Valley of the Rocks, Watersmeet and the South West Coast Path. Julie Bradbury chose the Watersmeet walk as one of Britains Best Walks on her ITV show. You can even start this walk from the door of your holiday lodge.

There are plenty of other attractions in North Devon such as amazing beaches, surfing, coasteering, cycling, theme parks, national trust properties, RHS Rosemoor, horse riding in Exmoor National Park and numerous tea rooms offering wonderful cream teas.

Waterside Lodge also welcomes well behaved dogs.

Lovely Time

Accommodation was excellent. Clean and very well presented on arrival. Surroundings are beautiful, didn't take long to get used to the flowing water cascading down over the rocks. We had a lovely week and Lynton and Lynmouth are beautiful as is the surrounding area. Hope to return.

would highly recommend sunny lynn,staff were very nice and there for whatever we needed , we stayed in the lodge cabin for disabled , very spacious and imaculatley clean! We will defiantly be back again

Wonderful

We had a most enjoyable stay at Sunny Lyn. It was comfortable, roomy and warm and housed us 4 adults with ease. We walked each day from Sunny Lyn and the scenery was spectacular with easy walks along the river and long arduous walks high on the moors. We would highly recommend it and except for the extremely low water flow in the ensuite shower everything else was excellent. Thank you..

Great Place to Stay.. and Nice Support

We stayed for 4 nights. Very comfortable place. Cathy has set everything ready for us. Great view of the river from the cabin. My family enjoyed cooking overseeing the river :) :) :) and short Lynway walk is beautiful. not to forget, it was given to us very clean condition. Additionally the multi colour lit christmas tree was fantastic addition to the hall. Superb set beds, spotless clean kitchen and toilets, easy set up heating, comfy sofas and free Wi-Fi. excellent rate as well. Highly recommended for everyone. Thumbs up :) :) :)
