- This 2-story home requires exterior steps to enter. While a bedroom and bathroom are located on the 1st floor, additional interior stairs are required to access the rest of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Both bathrooms are on the 1st floor
- There is another bookable vacation rental on-site in the upstairs unit. Other travelers may be present during your stay. The washer, dryer, and EV charger are shared amenities however, every effort has been made to limit any potential interaction between the two rental units, including separate entrances
- Your safety matters. This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are located at the front door facing the front entry, 1 camera is located on the left side of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera is located on the back of the home facing the back gate/entrance, and 1 camera is located on the right side of the home facing the side yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
