"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very easy to get to from the airport. We were able to walk to Markets, a big and new Mall, and take an uber and public transportation to the city square. Very safe area where everyone we encountered was friendly towards tourists. "

"This place is incredible. The room was huge, the view was amazing and the location is in the most exciting part of the city. The lady who checked me in was so sweet and very helpful. When i checked out thete was another girl working who was also very nice. They also spoke perfect English which was comforting to me. I highly recommend this Hotel and i highly recommend visiting the beautiful city of Lviv. "

"Even in the website is written that they have parking, they don't have, they talk about public parking in the street. We were 2 nights. Breakfast ok, no hot water during the 2 mornings, so no shower. Location is perfect, but unfortunately I would not repeat "
