"So much was wrong. They failed to pick us up from the airport. We were there for 3 days and 2. The first room smelled (the covers, bedding, and rug). The toilet couldn’t flush properly. The in-room phone didn’t work. They didn’t answer the WhatsApp number. So, every time there was an issue we had to send our kid to the main building to speed with the receptionist. "Great view of the Nile and surrounding areas. The pool area was clean and the pool was very inviting on a hot day! The pool staff was helpful with towels, food and drinks. Rooms were clean, organized and and had everything that was needed."

"We stayed in a family suite and were very pleased with how clean and spacious it was. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, which made the stay much more comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, so we had no trouble sleeping. The location is very close to the west bank ferry pier, which made catching the ferry super convenient. Breakfast was okay. "Staff were great. The hotel is falling apart. Evidently two of the owners passed away and the place seems to be struggling. Some of the public areas in the hotel look to be junk storage. The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on cardboard. The place is situated in an unpleasant part of the West side. Breakfast was fine. I’m sorry I can’t offer a kinder review. I cannot recommend this hotel."

Piscina inutilizzabile , acqua ghiacciata. Buona la posizione vicina al centro e a 2 minuti a piedi per il tempio di luxor, di fronte all' attracco delle navi da crociera, e se avete la camera da quel lato il rumore è forte, insonorizzazione pessima.Discreta la colazione , è ossessiva la ricerca di mance da parte del personale...
