Welcome to Breezy Bay Lodge, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This spacious waterfront retreat on Lake Michigan sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and a game room, making it an ideal destination for large families. With a seasonal dock, two kayaks, a loft lounge, game room, ping pong table, and a dining table that seats 10, Breezy Bay Lodge is built for togetherness and making memories on the water.

Water Access:

Waterfront property on Bay of Green Bay

Seasonal dock available for guest use -Dock has a ladder at the end for entering and exiting the water

No guest watercraft docking allowed

2 kayaks and various sizes of life vests provided for guest use

Water is swimmable - rocky and sandy bottom, very shallow up to approximately 100 yards offshore; no diving or jumping from dock

Shoreline is rocky and sandy

Please use caution on the ramp to the water - surface can be slippery and zebra mussel shells are sharp; water shoes recommended

Natural stone steps on back porch - please use caution



Amenity + damage protection waiver includes:

-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)

-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.

-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).



Home Truths:

-No garage access for guests

-No central air conditioning — split units available in master bedroom, loft, and all second floor bedrooms. Please keep in mind that this log home was built to stay a comfortable temperature. Even without central air, the house is VERY comfortable in summer.

-Security cameras are located: on the Garage and front door (ring doorbell), and on the dock monitoring watercrafts



This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
