"Clean room and very friendly staff. There were frequent power interruptions before the hotel generator kicked in, but that is a Zambian national problem and not due to the hotel."

The breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. Also room service was good as well. The men up front were very helpful with my luggage I had with me.
