No envían suficientes toallas para las personas en la habitación, se llama al personal para que envíen toallas y frisas y nunca llegan, además el desayuno se termina súper rápido y tardan en volverlo a servir.

I have never left a review or a paid for hotel early. There is a first time for everything, and that is the Hideaway! Upon arrival, the hotel seems thoughtfully curated. The common areas are cute and the straight-to-door checkin process is easy. Our room, however, was dirty (hairs in the sink, big smudge on the mirror, the rug was covered in pet hair) and there was a smell that could not be escaped. After a completely sleepless night, in an uncomfortable bed that shook with every breath, we elected to try changing our room. Since there is no one on property to assist in any capacity, the only option was to call their mainline and talk to someone offshore. Despite seeing several available rooms on both their website and third party sites, I was repeatedly told there were no other rooms to switch to. If you're looking for customer service or cleanliness- this is not the hotel for you.
