"Me and my son stayed there for 6 days and I think they cleaned our room one time. Rude staff even when I asked for fresh towels. They took double payment for the last two days and promised to refound the money but now I’ve been home for a week and have seen nothing yet."

"meerseitige Zimmer empfehlenswert, die schöne Bucht mit Kiesstrand völlig überlastet (Foto), falls die Zimmerpreise (auch in anderen Hotels auf Mali Losinj und Cres) nicht so extrem hochpreisig gestaltet wären, würden wir gerne länger bleiben, so sind wir nach 3 Tagen auf weit billigere Privatquartiere ..."

"Joel Hotel was presented exactly as advertised. The room we had was very modern with a great sea view and a spacious balcony. The pool area was clean with a great pool bar service. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to others."
