On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended for decoration, a dining table, and direct access to a small balcony. A separate small dining room adds additional flexibility to the living space. Also on this level, 1 double bedroom is available alongside a compact yet fully equipped kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities. On the upper floor, you will discover 1 large double bedroom equipped with a fan, as well as 1 additional room with 2 beds and a fan, providing comfortable accommodation for families or groups. The upper floor is served by a second shower and WC, which features a walk-in shower. The property also benefits from a small balcony of 5 m2 and a partly roofed terrace of 30 m2, both furnished and offering a panoramic view of the lake.

Das kleine Ferienhaus scheint rein äußerlich schlicht, jedoch beim erkunden der jeweiligen Räume ist man positiv überrascht, es erzählt einem die Geschichte der Besitzer! Uns hat es an NICHTS gefehlt, viele kleine Details, die Küche sehr klein, man konnte sich gut arrangieren, einfach super schön !!!
