In the living room, the light blue sofa turns into a comfortable double bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.) and the kitchen is open and fully-equipped. Sip a coffee with friends on the sunny terrace overlooking the mountains! The double bedroom faces another small terrace, which offers a view of the residential garden. In the bathroom, the large shower covered with tiles offers a pleasant relaxation.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but you can park in the paid public car parks close to the building.

The Coop Supermarket is just in front of the property; the building complex is just 2 minutes away from the lakefront and the Lanchetta restaurant; it is possible to take the ferry from the small tourist port to many locations (Gandria, Morcote, etc.). The Lido of Lugano, which is just 3 minutes away, offers an olympic swimming pool covered in winter, outdoor pools with springboards in summer, a lakeside beach, tennis courts and a sailing club.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 15 minutes you will arrive at the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take the bus N.461 (direction Villa Luganese) for 6 stops and get off at the stop \"Viganello, La Santa\" (about 10 minutes). Walk for about 3 minutes to get to the building.
