    Spend your holiday in this luxurious penthouse apartment in the BeachBay holiday area. Here on the Priwall in Travemünde, the dune villas are nestled in nature and live up to their name. The view of the beach grass and the landscaped sand dunes is unique. The exclusive penthouses extend over the 2nd floor of the beach house-style villa.



    The highlight of the penthouse is the spacious 42 square metre roof terrace, which offers a wonderful place in the sun. Here you can enjoy meals together or simply relax. Two loungers and additional garden furniture are at your disposal.



    The three bedrooms are each furnished with a spacious double bed. There is also a sofa bed for two more people in the living area. One of the bedrooms leads directly into the bathroom. Here you can enjoy the unique view from the whirlpool or the double rain shower. The bioethanol fireplace bathes the living room in a cosy light.



    In the kitchen, coffee lovers will find an espresso machine as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for self-brewing if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



    The charming dune villas are in a quiet location behind the promenade villas. From here, it's just a short walk to the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade. Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the view of the dunes.



    All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



    The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. There are also playgrounds, a bicycle hire centre, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship for the whole family.



    The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Genauigkeit der Angaben lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig

Die Unterkunft war an sich wie beschrieben und völlig in Ordnung. Auch die Lage. Was uns nicht so gefallen hat: die Ausstattungsmerkmale waren einfach nicht klar. Außer ein paar Gläsern, Tellern .. ist die Küche quasi leer. Keinerlei einfache Gewürze (Salz, Pfeffer), keine Abtrockenhandtücher, kein Spülmittel (auch kein Salz für Spülmaschine), etc etc ... aber woher soll man das alles wissen wenn es einem vorab nicht gesagt wird??

Schöne Lage, unzureichende Kommunikation und leider mit massiven Mängeln

Positiv: -Super Lage in Priwall in einer gepflegten Anlage mit tollen Restaurants und Aktivitätsmöglichkeiten. -schöne Wohnung, geräumig für 6 Erwachsene + Baby gut geeignet, tolle Terrasse mit ganztägiger Sonne Negativ: -Trotz vorheriger Absprache waren Babybett und Babystuhl bei Ankunft nicht vorhanden. Das Babybett wurde abends gebracht, weil ein anderer Gast sich bereit erklärte, sein Babybett bereitzustellen. Leider hatte das Babybett keine Matratze und dies wurde auf Nachfrage vor der Anreise (ob außer Bettwäsche noch etwas mitzubringen sei) nicht mitgeteilt. Also, keine Matratze für unser 8 Monate altes Baby. Der Babystuhlt wurde im Laufe des zweiten Tages gebracht. -Wäscheberge im Treppenhaus: Während fast der gesamten Dauer unseres Aufenthalts war das Treppenhaus (EG, 1. OG) mit Wäschebergen so blockiert, dass meine Schwiegermutter (>70 Jahre und nicht gut zu Fuß) Probleme hatte, diese zu passieren. Zudem nicht wirklich ansprechend, täglich an Wäschebergen vorbei zu gehen. -Ausstattung des Apartments: Kein Sonnenschirm, trotz sehr sonnigem Balkon, schade. Zu wenig Gläser, Teelöfel, keine Käsereibe, etc). -Parkplätze: bei Anreise teilten wir mit, dass wir mit drei Autos angereist sind. Daraufhin wurden uns zwei Parktickets ausgehändigt und mitgeteilt, dass wir für das dritte Auto 40€ Parkgebühr im Parkhaus zahlen müssten. Bei Abreise wurden wir gefragt, ob wir zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt waren und ich nannte die oben aufgeführten Punkte und wies daraufhin, dass die zusätzliche Parkgebühr in dem zur Anlage gehörenden Parkhaus die „Kirsche auf der sogenannten Torte“ sei und regte an, dass diese vor dem Hintergrund der unglücklichen Vorkommnisse ggfs. von Novasol als Zeichen der Wiedergutmachung übernommen werden könnten. Daraufhin nahm man meine Kontaktdaten auf und avisierte einen Anruf der Vorgesetzten, der bis heute (5 Tage später nicht erfolgt ist). -Abweichung Endreinigungskosten: bei Buchung wurden 148€ Endreinigung angezeigt. Berechnet wurden vor Ort bei Anreise allerdings 200€. Da ich den Unterschied nicht sofort merkte, wies ich den Anbieter nach Abreise auf den Unterschied hin (per Mail vor 4 Tagen). Auch auf diese Mail habe ich bis heute nichts gehört. Zusammenfassend: dass mal etwas schief gehen kann, passiert. Dass die Kommunikation derart schlecht und der Versuch der Kompensation ausblieb, macht uns sehr uns unzufrieden, insbesondere, da das Penthouse-Apartment hochpreisig ist.

Luxusloft mit mäßigem Gästeservice

Plus: - grossartige, luxuriöse Penthousewohnung - Hundestrand nah bei - wenn alles fertig ist, ist es bestimmt eine grossartige (und vielleicht nicht mehr zu bezahlende) Anlage Minus: - z. T. unverständlich ausgestattet, z. B. 42qm Terrasse aber kein Sonnenschutz, keine Topflappen, Induktionswok aber normaler Herd, geringe Auswahl Küchenmesser - Whirlpool ging 2x früh morgens von selber an (prima Wecker) - keine Mülltrennung Plastik - Bettlaken nicht passend zu den Toppern der Boxspringbetten - auf die Rückzahlung der Kaution soll/muss man bis zu 21 Tage warten ...

Top Unterkunft, bisschen Abfertigung

Insgesamt eine Klasse Unterkunft. Super Ausstattung (Sauna, Kücheninsel etc). Nicht ganz optimal ist die Buchungsstrecke mit der nachgelagerten Info, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher über ein Anreiseformular hinzugebucht werden müssen. Dies muss von vornherein deutlich kommuniziert werden, da mir die zusätzlichen Kosten erst nach der eigentlichen Buchung aufgefallen sind. Das Bett muss man dann übrigens selbst beziehen. Hinzu kommen vermeintliche Gebühren, wenn z.B. die Spülmaschine bei Abreise nicht ausgeräumt ist. Und bereits um 10.00 ist Check Out (da muss man früh aufstehen, wenn man z.B. das Geschirr vom Morgen noch vernünftig spülen möchte -> landet so ja im Schrank für die nächsten Gäste, nicht so gut wie ich finde. Deshalb das Gefühl der Standardisierung. Passt ins Bild, da in der Lage ca 20 solcher Häuser gebaut werden. Das Areal ist noch im kommen, wird aber sicherlich mal richtig cool werden. Die Lage ist super, auch wenn abends die Autofähre nur noch halbstündig fährt und somit ein kurzer Weg länger dauern kann.
