Ski on, ski off four bedroom trailside condo at Okemo

We’d love to welcome you to our home away from home. Located steps from Sachem trail, our townhome at the Okemo Trailside has bedrooms on three floors. The entrance is on the lowest level with a den with a fireplace, a bunk room, a second bedroom, full bath, and small sauna. Up the stairs on the second floor there is an open layout kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, and comfy living room with fireplace. Rounding out the second floor is a third bedroom and full bathroom. The “penthouse” third floor has the master suite with king size bed and en suite bathroom.

Enjoy your coffee looking at the beautiful views from the glass sliders out over southern Vermont. Then plan your day- in the summer, enjoy the beautiful field stone pool and tennis court, or make your way to Okemo’s Adventure Zone for thrills on the Timber Zipper and big air bag. In the spring and fall enjoy the peaceful hiking trails nearby, or go antiquing in some of the nearby towns. And don’t miss the beautiful fall foliage!

In the winter, pop on your skis at the back door on the second floor, and ski down Sachem (green) to take the lift to the summit. Ski home for lunch or a break at any time. The kitchen comes stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and cookie sheets for post ski treats, a crock pot for easy meals, and more. The dining room seats 8 with room for more at the breakfast bar and extra chairs available to pull in for big spaghetti or chili dinners. After dinner, have family or friend game night or enjoy a movie or TV on the flat screen- kids can always take over the downstairs den for their own space!

The layout of Trailside makes it a great option for single families with kids (pack and play provided), multiple families with kids, groups of friends, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or family reunions. A great place to stay all year round- we’re excited to have you!

Really nice place

My wife and I stayed here with her parents, brother and sister in law and kids. The house is very clean, warm and comfortable. The location is perfect for skiing just a short walk from Sachem trail. Everything works perfectly. The information provided at check in is clear and easy to understand. The owner is very responsive to a few questions we had. We wouldstay again.

Family Friendly Ski-in/Ski-out

Great family-friendly condo in a fantastic location. Accommodations were clean, hosts were easy to communicate with and the ski-in/ski-out convenience is tough to beat.

Great Location on Sachem Trail

We had a wonderful stay and the location to the trail was amazing. Nice short walk to and from the trail which was why we chose this home. The owner was super responsive to us during our stay as we had a hot water issue and a request on parking. Appreciated the quick replies!The sauna was a nice feature after a long day on the slopes, we really enjoyed using that.One thing to note is the Sachem trail is not always open unfortunately, which makes it a longer way to get back to the condo. You have to go back to the top and take some steeper blues to get back so with small kids is important to note. The home is a bit dated, which wasn't a deal breaker, but could maybe use a little refresh.Overall a pleasant stay and would consider again on future ski trips.

Excellent ski stay!

We had an excellent stay at this ski condo. The condo was clean and incredibly well located for ski in and ski out. The owner communicated well throughout our stay. We would definitely book this again!

Great stay in a great location!

This property is just a short walk from Sachem trail, so it is easy to get on an off the mountain from this condo! There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a couple of families to stay together, and a nice living room and kitchen to spend time in at the end of the day. While some elements of the home have been nicely updated, the floors are a bit creaky (especially at night when the kids have gone to bed.) but overall a nice place to stay and we had a great time. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Legit In Ludlow

Being a ski in/out condo has it's perks. We had a great day skiing and skied back to the condo content for the day. A couple of younger guys decided at 3:30 to go for a few more runs. They were up and boarding in about 2 minutes and got in a great run on Nor'easter and one other. Couldn't do that without a ski in/out unit. Cleaning was a little suspect and the dishwasher was still full of dirty dishes upon arrival, but made do. Thanks.

Great ski in/ski out

Really enjoyed our stay at this property and recommend it to anyone wanting an easy ski in/out location. Beds are comfortable and plentiful! Loved the 3 full bathrooms. One for each family. Host is super responsive! Recommend that you grocery shop before hitting Ludlow though because Shaws is closed from the mud-slide in 2023. Will book this place again next year if available.

Spacious and Perfect Setting!

House has lots of room to hang together and also have privacy. There’s a beautiful view of the sun rising over valley out the front. And immediately out back is Okemo’s Sachem trail. Riley is an awesome host. My family, including our 3-month old grandson, had a wonderful time! Thanks Riley!

Amazing ski on/off location!

We loved staying at this property over Presidents’ Day weekend. The location can’t be beat- literally 15 steps to the trail from the backdoor. The condo is great too- plenty of space! We had 8 people, and there were beds to spare, two tv rooms, so the kids had their own space and three bathrooms. The pictures are very accurate of the rooms and general condition. The location is really amazing and the mountain was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location and very roomy for 10 of us!

Easy rental process. Second time staying at this townhouse and couldn’t be more perfect for our two families to enjoy the slopes and also for family meals.
