Inside, the chef of the group will enjoy cooking in the full kitchen and serving a meal at the table for six, or you can walk to a number of restaurants if you prefer to eat out. In the evenings, you can sit out on the back deck and listen to the Black River below, or cozy up in front of the fireplace with some hot cocoa while you stream your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV. The home's high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
