Perfect!

Very clean, brand new property, close proximity to downtown and beach, and has everything you could possibly need, including bikes! Owners put much detail into making this place special and stocked with necessities and information about the area. Will definitely come back!

Incredibly clean! The hosts have thought of everything. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked. Perfectly set up for small families. Close proximity to downtown, parks, beaches, and stores. We will absolutely stay again. Hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Repeat Customers for a Reason

We have stayed at both the upper and lower units of this property for 2.5 weeks each for back to back summers and will return again. The units are very well equipped with everything we need for kids and adults for the duration of our stay. The outdoor area is so peaceful and enjoyable after hours. The house is close to the beach and downtown and the walkability is fantastic. We saw baby and adult deer from the property almost daily which the kids loved. The A/C was much appreciated during the heat wave this year, but the lake breeze on cooler days was perfect as well.

The recent remodel was precisely thought out. Walking in, our expectations were far exceeded. The workmanship was exquisite. Our weekend home was light, spacious and provided everything we could need or want. Very easy walk to town and the beach.We slept soundly on the king bed. The heat/AC held a very comfortable and consistent temperature in this upstairs unit without us touching it once. This was a pleasant surprise.The last drawer we opened as we checked things out - a small junk drawer full of useful things. Just like at home. AND WE BOTH LAUGHED, out loud. You truly thought of everything.An amazing place to stay. We have already recommended it to several friends and look forward to our next visit.

Reliving memories

Upstairs apartment was great place to stay to relive and revisit summer vacations with grandchildren and now great children in Pentwater and Ludington. Having sold our home in Pentwater decided to stay here. You could ask for NOTHING more. It was immaculate, beautifully furnished and anything you could possibly want or need was there. Would have been perfect stay if not for the couple with 3 kids under 5 staying below us and the loud noise generated by ALL of them up until well after 1:30 am! Could hear the kids pitter patter of feet, yelling, the TV and the adults talking. Was surprised the noise carried that badly to the upstairs.

Take your chances on sleep...

This is an amazing property; however, you can hear everything downstairs. Reached out to the manager to see if they could ask about trying to be quiet at midnight and not 4am. They couldn't answer on this or a previous question either. Since we didn't have communication, we left a day early.

A gem of a place

This home is a beautifully done renovation from the studs out. It reminds me of the show 'Good Bones.' High-end materials are everywhere. There is carpet where there should be carpet, and wood and tile were there should be hard flooring. The kitchen is complete, and the dishes and silverware are commensurate with the surroundings. The coffee service is a Keurig. The bedrooms are quite spacious, and both have blackout curtains. The location is a quiet neighborhood just north of downtown with easy access to shops and the beach. The home is delightful inside and out. We visit Ludington year-round, and this place will be on our preferred list. We look forward to staying in the first-floor unit with its fireplace and porch. The upstairs unit has a completely separate entrance. My one reservation with renting upstairs is you must be able to deal with stairs. If that is not a problem, you will not be disappointed.

Nicely furnished apartment. Also quiet neighborhood. Just few blocks from Lake Michigan. Could walk to downtown. Very nice.

Great place to stay!!

My husband and I stayed for three nights mid January. . Lovely, very clean, newly renovated upper level on a very quiet street. Walked down to the local coffee shop ran by a darling couple for a cappuccino and a scone, had a very nice dinner at the local brewery. We drove to the state park and walked to the lighthouse on a frozen beach on a cold morning, (frozen sand is very easy walking) seeing all of nature’s amazing sand and ice sculptures along the way. Made breakfast and dinner in the very well appointed kitchen, everything you would need with lots of extras! A very nice getaway for us, would definitely stay here again regardless of the season. Thank you for a great stay!

Upscale Ludington Home Away From Home

Our upstairs apartment was unbelievably equipped with EVERYTHING you would have in your own home! Very comfortable. Located within walking distance to Ludington's main street with lots of shopping opportunities, restaurants and sports bars.
