"The house was just what we were looking for, an oasis of tranquility. It is as it appears in the photos. Beautiful views and perfectly equipped house. Our dog was happy among the olive trees. Highlight how absolutely clean the house was. We did many excursions, we spent time in Luca all within short distance of the house. With car everything is at hand. Massimo very friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure!"

"We had a great stay with a group of 17 people and 2 children. We had a warm welcome and the communication with the host was overall friendly. There are some people working during the day and coming through the location from time to time. But nothing to complain about."

"La casa di Enrico è proprio come te l'aspetti corrisponde perfettamente alle immagini dell'annuncio. Anzi forse ci sono una tutta una serie di dettagli che non sono nemmeno presenti in descrizione. Il giardino è immenso la vasca idromassaggio grande, grandi anche gli spazi esterni per mangiare all'aria aperta. La casa in sé è piccolina ma non manca assolutamente nulla. "We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed."

Our checkin process with Elia was seamless - she is friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. All the rooms are lovely as pictured, and our group of 11 have so many great memories spent together in the back yard overlooking the valley, in the other common rooms. "Loved the villa. Did trips to Pisa and Lucca. Ate at Stefani across the street which was amazing!! Make reservations though. We didnt use all of the bedrooms, had so much space for us! Grilled steaks one night, we bought meat from the local butcher and they were awesome!"

"Sehr schön gelegenes toskanisches Haus, früher wohl eine Art Kloster, mit tollem Blick sowohl nach Lucca als auch zum Meer. Rund ums Haus schöne Sitzplätze. Neu und geschmackvoll renoviert. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Modernste Technik. Jeweils circa 30 Minuten nach Lucca und zum Meer. Anfahrt: die letzten Kilometer auf einer sehr kleinen Straße. Uns hat es sehr gefallen."

Bring citronella rings and bug spray as mosquitos are an issue. The view is breathtaking, and the infinity pool is well-kept. "Propriété située au calme avec une très belle vue, proche également de Lucca et d’un supermarché. Cependant, la maison comporte très peu d’équipement pour la cuisine …pas de batteur par exemple. Et aucun ingrédient de base : sel, poivre, huile d’olive… les chambres sont de qualité très différentes, le confort de la dernière laissant à désirer, la maison est plus adéquate pour 6 personnes qu’un nombre plus élevé. Très beau jardin fleuri et bien entretenu, et piscine superbe."
