These high-quality holiday apartments on the Baltic Sea are nestled in the beautiful, landscaped dune landscape on the Priwall in Travemünde. Here at the BeachBay, the exclusive dune villas, designed in beach house style, are situated in a quiet location. From here, it is just a short walk to the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade.



This modern holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and has a spacious balcony with garden furniture. Enjoy the fresh sea air and the view of the dunes. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



There are two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A private wellness oasis with underfloor heating and a steam bath with rain shower awaits you in the bathroom. End a stormy day by the sea here. The bioethanol fireplace, whose light brings a cosy ambience into the living room, is also ideal for this.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. The Ahoi by Steffen Henssler restaurant is located directly on the waterfront, while other bars, cafés and an ice cream parlour on the promenade round off the offer. There are also playgrounds, a bicycle hire centre, the Ostseestation (aquarium and Baltic Sea exhibition) and the Passat museum ship for the whole family.



The Priwall is an approximately three kilometre long peninsula between the Baltic Sea and the Trave in the east of Schleswig-Holstein and has belonged to Lübeck since 1226. Beach fun, swimming, water sports and adventure right on the doorstep of your holiday home.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, noch mangelhafter Service

Die Wohnung ist sowohl von der Ausstattung, vom Mobiliar als auch von der Lage wunderschön. Da die Ferienanlage noch nicht fertiggestellt ist, muss man mit vielen Baustellen in der direkten Nachbarschaft rechnen. Das haben wir aber vorher gewusst und das hat uns nicht gestört. Man konnte schon erahnen, wie schön es nach Fertigstellung sein wird. Leider gibt es doch einen Punkt Abzug, da wir doch durch ein paar Kleinigkeiten enttäuscht wurden. Nach erster Begutachtung der Wohnung, bemerkten wir, dass in einem der Schlafräume der Fernseher fehlte, die Wandhalterung war vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir lediglich die Antwort, der wäre zur Reparatur. Kein Ersatz, keine Entschuldigung .... Es fehlte auf 4 von 6 Betten das Bettzeug, weshalb wir dann noch einmal zur Anmeldung mussten. Hier wurden uns die 4 Bettdecken + weiter 3 Bettdecken als Ersatz für die fehlenden Kopfkissen, die nicht zu organisieren waren, in die Hand gedrückt und man durfte sie selbst zur Wohnung schleppen. Auch der Hinweis, dass die Wohnung nicht besonders sauber sei (schmutzige Backbleche, dreckiger Fußboden .....)blieb ohne Reaktion. Nach zwei Tagen zogen in die Wohnung über uns Handwerker ein, das bedeutete Lärm in der Nacht, verdrecktes Treppenhaus und Dreck, der vom Balkon auf unseren gefegt wurde. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dennoch genossen, finden aber, dass an diesen Dingen dringend noch gearbeitet werden sollte ......

bei Ankunft fehlten Decken, die Dusche hatte Schimmelflecken

Leider fanden wir uns auf einer großen Baustelle wieder und auch am Samstag gab es lauten Baulärm... das Treppenhaus der Wohnung war sehr dreckig und auch die Wohnung sah schon sehr bewohnt aus, obwohl die Wohnung noch nicht lange fertig ist. Bei Ankunft fehlten Decken, die wir bis zur Abreise nicht erhalten haben, obwohl nachgefragt wurde... auch bei Abreise wurde noch einmal darauf hin gewiesen, was aber keinen interessierte... auch ging das WLAN das ganze Wochenende nicht, worum sich auch nicht gekümmert wurde... sehr schlechter Service kann man dazu nur sagen. Schade wirklich sonst hatten wir immer gute Erfahrungen. Hier jedoch würden wir nie wieder hin fahren.

Tolle Wohnung mit schönen Blick ins grüne.

Schöne Wohnsiedlung zum Urlaub machen. Leider immer noch viel Baustelle. Es ist zu Fuß alles ganz wunderbar zu erreichen. Strand, Fähre, Kiosk oder der Lebensmittelladen. Ein schönes Örtchen für einen schönen Urlaub. Es fehlen noch kleine Cafés oder Läden zum stöbern , aber das wird sicher alles kommen, wenn die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind.

Wunderschöne Wohnung , hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Dusche mit integrierter Dampfsauna läd zum entspannen ein. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Ideal gelegen alles schnell zu erreichen. Immer wieder gerne .

Hochmoderne Ferienanlage mit wenig Privatsphäre

Super tolles Apartment leider haben wir es verschmutzt vorgefunden Die Dusche ist der absolute Wahnsinn toll Die Bauweise der Häuser ist klasse ,leider sind sie sehr,sehr dicht nebeneinander gebaut so das man die Nachbarn in allen Bereichen super beobachten kann schrecklich Dazu kommt noch das es im Apartment sehr hellhörig ist .Wir hatten eine sehr laute Nachbarschaft Möbelrücken, als die Baustellen Feierabend hatten
