The Space:

Welcome to your home away from home! Vivid Villa is a brand new construction townhome that was just completed in 2023 in Burgamy Park North. This vibrant 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is the perfect spot to unwind and relax. Each room has been thoughtfully designed with cozy, welcoming touches and lively colors that make the space feel both inviting and refreshing.



As you step inside, you're greeted by the spacious living room that offers plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to gather and enjoy a movie night on the smart TV. Feel free to download your favorite streaming apps, just remember to log out when you're done.



The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a selection of cookbooks to inspire culinary adventures. Gather around the adjoining dining table, which seats four, or pull up a stool at the kitchen bar for more casual meals.



Retreat to the master suite, where relaxation awaits. Unwind after a long day by soaking in the tub or taking a hot shower. With dual vanities and elegant fixtures, this bathroom offers a tranquil oasis after a long day of exploring. After your nightly routine, a luxurious king size bed allows you a night of blissful rest so you can wake up refreshed and ready to tackle another day.



Two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations for guests, offering plush queen beds with comfortable bedding and ample storage space. A shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hall ensures convenience for all.



Step outside to the backyard oasis, where you can soak up the West Texas sunsets from the comfort of a patio table or the cozy porch swing.



Parking is a breeze with options in the garage, driveway, or on the street. There is also a washer in dryer inside the unit, just behind the garage entry door.

You must be in good standing to book with us and have positive rental history and reviews. We do not rent to local Lubbock residents. A rental agreement is required to book our property.



There is a doorbell camera at this property as well as a camera overlooking the driveway and back door that records with motion.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out (Subject to Availability) Early check-in and late check-out MAY be available for an additional fee of $20.00 per hour, for up to 2 hours. Early check-in: Payment must be submitted before 12:00 PM on the day of arrival. Late check-out: Payment must be submitted no later than 10:00 PM on the evening before departure.



**Please do not have mail sent to this property as we do not have the mailbox keys. If you are needing something delivered from USPS, you will need to contact the local post office to make pickup arrangements. For longer term rentals, we can work with you on this. **



Parties and events are strictly prohibited at this property. If there is any violation to this policy, a fee of $500 will be charged immediately.



This property is not pet friendly so please plan of leaving your furry friends at home. There will not be any exceptions to this policy as the owner has terrible allergies and a fee of $250 will be automatically applied if you are caught in violation of this.



We supply freshly laundered linens, bedding, and towels for all of our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and hand soap for a short 2-3 day stay. Long-term stays will need to replenish latter items at their own expense.



Although often there will be a variety of condiments, such as coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.

Guest Access:

All areas of the home are available to guests with the exception of any locked cleaning closets.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located in a new and very safe neighborhood called Burgamy Park North, and the Main Roads include Upland and 4th Street. Getting Around:

Other than Uber, Lubbock has very poor transportation. Depending on your plans, you may be able to get by without a vehicle - let us know and we can help you decide!



Parking is available in the garage or the front of the house with plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. Be careful about parking on the street as the parking police are notorious for writing tickets in this area.



Other Things to Note:

Parties are strictly prohibited and any violation of this rule will result in an immediate $500 fee.



This property is not pet friendly so please plan on making other arrangements for your pets. There will not be any exceptions made to this rule and any violations will be charged an immediate $250 fee.



Host-Initiated Cancellation Policy

While we make every effort to honor all confirmed reservations, there may be rare instances where cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.



In the event that we must cancel your reservation, the following terms apply:



Full Refund: Guests will receive a 100% refund of any payments made toward the reservation.

No Additional Liability: Our responsibility is limited strictly to the refund of monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the guest as a result of the cancellation, including but not limited to alternative accommodations, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.

Best Efforts to Assist: In the event of a cancellation, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative accommodations within our property network, if available, but we cannot guarantee availability or rates.

Force Majeure Clause: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to property damage, utility failures, natural disasters, or changes in local regulations that affect short-term rentals.

Sale of Property: In the event the property is sold prior to your scheduled stay and the new owner does not wish to honor existing bookings, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. A full refund of any payments made will be issued, but we are not liable for securing alternative accommodations or covering additional expenses.

Removal from Rental Market: We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the property is permanently or temporarily removed from the short-term rental market for any reason. Should this occur, a full refund will be issued, and no further compensation or liability will be assumed.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and accept these terms.



Check-in information, including the keypad code, will be sent before your check-in date. We reserve the right to decline any alteration request.



House Rules:

- No pets!

- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in an immediate $500 fine plus damages.

- No smoking inside the property.

- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors.

- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.

- If you break something, message us and let us know immediately.



Interaction with Guests:

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, please message us and we will be happy to assist.
