The space was exactly what our family needed for this trip. Communication was great! Quick and friendly responses from owner. Helped us check in a day earlier than original reservation, so very accommodatingg.

The property was perfect for our family's weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone to play games, watch TV, enjoy the outside space and the kitchen accommodated several cooks at the same time with several appliances provided. Hopefully, we will be using this property again.

Very easy check in. House was very clean and supplied with everything we needed. Kitchen and game room are great. Fenced yard was nice for our small dog and pool was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again next trip to Lubbock.

This was a last minute trip and it was perfect. We loved the home. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. An added bonus was being able to take our dogs. Thank y’all!

We had a family work trip. There were 3 smaller kids in our group along with 4 adults. The house was beautiful! So much space for our group and a great TV that the kids loved to play in. The Backyard area with the playground and pool made the whole house even better!! Our kids loved playing on the swing set and the pool! The location of this property was great also. Lubbock is pretty spread out but the town is so easy to get around in! Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be staying here again if we are ever out that way!

We were very pleasantly surprised by the location, size, and layout of the home. There waa plenty of room for gathering but also space slip away for some quiet time. The yard is spaceous and beautiful. The rooms are quiet and dark and the common areas provide enough room for gathering without feeling crowded. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would 100% consider booking this property again next time we are in the area.

The house was well appointed and the hosts remembered everything! They provided all the small things like dishwashing and clothes washing supplies, beach towels for the pool, coffee and even s'mores! We will definitely book again!

The house was great! It was spacious, clean amd comfortable. We really enjoyed pool time and the family room. The property managers were responsive when we had questions. The location was nice because it was out of the way but close at the same time. It was less than 10 minutes to lots of options for food, grocery items and shopping. It was easy to get back and forth to Tech also.
