The advantage is the great location; it is close to everything and offers convenient access to shopping malls. However, there was a strong, unpleasant odor when I first entered the room, and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Overall, it was reasonable for the price. If you plan to book, I recommend choosing a room away from the main road, as the room I stayed in was very noisy. The staff were friendly. I believe the building is split roughly half-and-half between rental apartments and hotel rooms.

Hotel is a bit outdated, got first floor room which was quite dark, gym is very old, rusty machines, price is decent but will not return
