"Facility was not clean. Service was nonexistent. TV didn’t work. No response from front desk. You HAVE to use valet parking at $42/day plus fees. We thought it was optional. Also, $35/day resort fee. Dirty dishes left in hallways all week. Garbage left in hallways all week. Kids in hot tub with floats. Children’s birthday party using pool all afternoon one day with loud music and confetti left in pool. Very dated hotel that said it was recently renovated. "

"We had a great time at the property. The one bedroom was spacious and clean. The check-in process was very easy. This is our favorite beach in Florida. When the water is calm at high tide you can often see 30 feet underwater. Good snorkeling near the jetty. The beach and facilities are really nice. "

"Hotel is lovely and staff was great. Initially owner responded, but did not respond after that. We were told we were getting a renovated unit however that was not the case and the unit we got was very dated. The toilet needs to be replaced and the shower leaks. There were other items that were broken."
