Oceanfront Spectacular Penthouse W/Spacious Rooftop Terrace, Cupecoy Beach

This 1,500 sq. foot penthouse condo is located on the 5th floor with direct views of the ocean, step onto your 1,500 sq. ft. furnished terrace, sit down and watch the cruise ships sail by. This 2 BR, 2 full bath features granite counter tops throughout. The gourmet kitchen includes 'Profile' stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster & blender. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, bowls, cooking utensils, martini glasses, etc. Unit includes a washer/dryer, iron, DVD's, beach chairs, umbrellas & beach towels. Relax in the living room and sink into our Italian leather sofa. The master bedroom features a King latex mattress. The 2nd bedroom features a King bed that can also be converted to two twin beds. All rooms have ceiling fans & AC. We provide an assortment of board games. The sofa is over-sized but is not a pull out.

This penthouse unit was absolutely spectacular, not only the view but the interior as well. Gail is also an amazing host, very responsive in communication and has the unit nicely furnished. Cooking was fun while we stayed here. The pools are fantastic and the other guests were very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for us as well. We fully enjoyed our stay here!

Gail's place in St. Martin is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The location and view can't be beat. The place was better stocked than any VRBO I have stayed in. Everything was super clean and in perfect working order. Gail had excellent communication and was great to rent from. For anyone considering renting a place in St. Martin, you will have no regrets if you stay here! It's the best VRBO I've ever stayed in.

The extra patio and rooftop was great to have and relaxing to grill at home. The view was amazing and access to a great beach was fantastic. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs. Their instructions made it easy to find and we had everything we needed.

It was I believe our 5th time staying in this amazing condo and we are already planning our next trip back. The ocean views and sunsets are spectacular from either of the 2 terraces. The condo is always clean and well stocked. The host is amazing and very communicative and any small issue we have ever had has been taken care of immediately. We love the ability to stay in and grill/cook when we do not feel like venturing out and spending a relaxing day on the terraces when we need a break from the beach. The pools are clean and refreshing and we have met many lifelong friends who live in the complex. If I could rate this condo higher than 5 I would! Cannot wait till next year!

We had a fantastic stay at the penthouse! The property is very nice. We stayed during off season, so it was almost like having a private pool and private beach. It had all of the amenities we needed: towels, games, beach chairs, coffee! We interacted with our hosts once during the trip and they were very kind and very helpful. The view is exactly what you see in the pictures.

Paradise in the Sky!

We are back in SXM! We stayed here last year in April and loved it again. Our flight got cancelled so we only had 2 nights here but the wonderful gracious host (great communication and super nice) and fabulous property made it all worth it. We are staying at Sonesta for 2nd half for friends wedding. We showed them the penthouse and they may want to rent it one day. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is at the very top of our list. The view, the accomodations, the extras (wine, beer, beach chairs, snorkel, etc), and the private beach with caves make this penthouse unbelievable! Stay here on your next trip for sure!!

Absolutely spectacular!

We had a wonderful spring break and couldn’t have been happier staying at this condo! This was our first time on the island and we were a little nervous to stay outside of a resort, but Gail put our minds at ease and we were very comfortable. The beach was spectacular and practically secluded, the condo was extremely comfortable for us and our teens, and the outdoor spaces were the cherry on top! I would highly recommend!!

More than fabulous!

We’ve stayed at many Vrbos around the world and we were amazed by everything. This condo matched exactly as stated but even more breathtaking in person. The house was fully, I mean fully, stocked with so many things. Highly appointed!! We ate meals everyday on the huge patio. We took naps on the double lounger. The beds were comfortable as well. We watched the waves, ships and sunset every evening. This place was close (10 mins) to the airport but not in the flight path. We ate at the Copecoy marina, Mamas Pizza, Maho Beach restaurants and the Dasha Restaurant at Starz. All are less than a mile a way. The organic market at the corner had great food, including sandwiches, baguettes and wine. It’s been a perfect 6 days. Thx to our host Gail who gave us suggestions and ensured we got in the condo safely. We will come again.

An amazing property on Cupecoy Beach. Exceeded all of our expectations..and they were high to begin with.The location is perfect and the condo is awesome. 3 levels with spectacular views. All the amenities you could ask for and more.Having a washer and dryer was terrific.. nothing worse than going home with a pile of dirty clothes.Gail was a great host..very quick to answer any questions we had.We look forward to returning in the future

Great place for a weekend getaway.

Booked the property for a weekend getaway with my wife. We were absolutely blown away by the location, amenities and views. Loved the easy beach access, and Gail was a phenomenal host with clear and easy check in instructions. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful property, Spectacular views

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The condo is comfortable and set up nicely. The two outside patio/decks are great for morning coffee, cocktails and watching sunsets. Location is perfect.

Amazing penthouse condo, and the host went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed for our vacation! The 2 rooftop terraces were perfect for outside dining, relaxing and watching the spectacular sunsets! Access to the pool and private beach were only steps away!Sharon, at the security gate was very friendly and always greeted us by name!

This condo was just as advertised. Beautiful views, very clean and well stocked. Conveniently located to beach and many choices for dinner. Pools were great and the beach was fun. We would definitely go back. We have been to St. maarten 5 times and stayed at the rainbow club twice. People are very friendly and the girls at the front gate were wonderful. Suggest putting a guest book in the condo. It's nice to see where other like to go. Overall an awesome experience.
