I was disappointed with my stay the only tea bags in the dining room were herbal ( no English tea ) the shower kept going hot & cold & the fire alarm went off for some reason but no explanation or apologise were mentioned from reception or management

The room was nothing like the pictures. It has a very small triangular window in the corner, and the slopped ceiling cuts right into living space. The staff were very friendly though.

Staff were very friendly and hotel fantastic but rainfall shower and tv in bedroom didn’t work did mention it to the staff in the morning on leaving but perfect for visiting the racing
