Welcome to your Northwest Arkansas getaway! Perfectly located in Lowell, our home puts you in the heart of it all—just minutes from the Walmart Supercenter off I-49, Rogers Uptown, the Walmart AMP, and the Razorback Greenway. You’ll also be just a short drive to Bentonville’s world-class Crystal Bridges and biking trails, and Fayetteville’s Razorback games and lively downtown.

After a day of adventure, relax in our clean, comfortable home with plenty of room for family and friends.

The space:

As you arrive, you’ll find a spacious home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Parking is easy, with room for up to 4 vehicles—2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage.

Step inside to an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area that’s perfect for gathering. The living room has cozy seating, a ROKU smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, with both fresh ground coffee and Keurig options to get your day started. The dining table comfortably seats your group so you can enjoy meals together.

Sliding glass doors open to the backyard, where you’ll find a covered patio with seating, a propane fire pit, and an electric grill—the perfect setup for unwinding outdoors. The backyard is fully fenced and great for enjoying some fresh air in privacy.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Master Suite: King bed, dresser, full-length mirror, and private bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 2 nightstands, and closet.

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, each with its own nightstand, and a closet.

Second Bathroom: Shared by bedrooms 2 & 3, stocked with linens and shower essentials.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, backyard, and garage. A keypad entry will provide you with a unique code for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note
House rules: No smoking, vaping, parties, or drugs.

Please notify us if anything is damaged or broken during your stay.

Family friendly: We keep a selection of board games to enjoy during your stay.

Coffee is provided to start your mornings right.
