Check-in was horrible. Staff was incompetent. Numerous mistakes made. Staff lied. Check-in took almost 2 hours. I’m 74 years old and this is by far the worst hotel check in I’ve ever experienced

Lobby was leaking water and it looked like it had been leaking for awhile. there was a bucket to colloect the dripping. Ceiling was discolored. When we went for breakfast the next day the silverware dispenser was not working and one of the guest opened up the dispenser so everyone could get a fork. ...
