"The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. "

"The hotel is a work of art. It is visually stunning, from the time you enter the lobby to the rooms. The pool was amazing and a great place to relax after a day exploring Sapa. The location was perfect as it is within walking distance to Cat Cat Village, endless restaurants and right next door to the Sapa Train Station for quick access to the Muong Hoa Monorail to Sun World Fansipan Legend and the cable car to Fansipan Mountain. All in all a very lovely hotel."

Amazing breakfast with incredible french toast. If you value fresh and local ingredients, the quality here is hard to top. We would have loved to do the cooking class but did not get the time to. "This hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the dinning area, and to the room itself. Get the breakfast buffet. Just do it. Also, the shuttle to and from the city center was the cherry on top!"

"wonderful stay at this hotel. Spacious valley view room, breakfast was average - nothing special for a 5 star hotel, have had better at a 4 star. The female staff at reception could have been friendlier and not so arrogant - need to train front desk/reception - have had better customer service at a 3 star hotel."

"The hotel is located in the busy street of Old Quarter. Very accessible to restaurants, basic groceries, and close to some attractions. They also have a good breakfast buffet but when we had to eat at 6:30am due to early pick up for the tour, they are not yet ready."
