"Excellent hotel and service "

"Wonderful breakfast with hot noodle like pho, congee, eggs, yogurt. Family room was nice and spacious and they are interconnecting rooms. Great for our family of 4. Nice view from breakfast area and the front. Nice lobby, decor, furniture. Walking distance into town. Free water and drinks in the minibar. Staff were helpful. Very happy that we stayed here during our trip to Sapa and would gladly return."

"Location is great, everything nearby. The only issue is there is a smell coming from the bathroom. I think most hotels have this issue because of the age of the plumbing. We went to 6 hotels and all but one had that smell."

"We only stayed for a couple of hours while we waited for our bnb check-in, the room was lovely and we had an awesome view of the mountains. The lovely girl at reception was also very kind a helpful! Would stay here for longer next time."
