This beautifully designed refurbished 3 double bedroom villa is positioned right in the heart of the 5* resort of Vale do Lobo. A 3 minute walk takes you to the beach and the Praca and all of its restaurants whilst the clubhouse of the renowned Royal and Ocean golf courses is also a short stroll away. The villa comprises of 3 double bedrooms, 2 x en suite whilst the 3rd double bedroom has its own separate WC, an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with modern appliances, super fast WIFI and UK television while the terrace and BBQ area is ideal for alfresco dining. The property was recently extensively refurbished by its current owners and is regarded as one of the best if not the best of the Aldeamento properties. All bedrooms come with wardrobes and 2 are en-suite, there are 3 toilets, a fully fitted kitchen with siemens appliances, a dishwasher, washing machine, British television, Super-fast broadband, safe, sea views from master suite and a beautiful terrace with a BBQ.

A fantastic villa in a wonderful location. Property was spotless, lots of little provisions to help get started. Felt light and modern and the little terrace is perfect for an afternoon chill. Dan was brilliant with communicating with us too. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a small gathering of friends and family.

Lovely little Villa. Very happy with the accommodation. Close to the Praca. Very well equipped kitchen. Cheerful and bright inside. Beach towels provided which is essential if you don’t have a suitcase!

Fantastic stay

We had a lovely 4 days in this lovely home everything you needed was there walking distance to the beach and food,the beds were so comfortable plenty of space 3 bed 2 ensuite very clean ,coffee and tea salt pepper were in cupboard to get you going we will be returning and hope to stay again would highly recommend 😀 xx

Great villa , location

Really great accommodation, facilities, location, cleanliness ; host communication and flexible check out 10/10 One minor note; I would advise to check on pool details , we were surprised to find the pool being a expensive pay for option which wasn't called out. Appears is a new issue which the owners are trying to address . For us with the weather and our other plans, it actually ended up not being an issue but that could have been different and costly addition ( ~ 30E PP PD ) . Have stayed at many villa and not come across this before. Hopefully useful feedback for you , Best regards , Damian

Perfect in every way

The villa was absolutely perfect. Very modern, central location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. It was immaculately clean and had everthing you would want. Communication was fabulous. The roof top terrace was perfect , as was the ground floor terrace with BBQ and seating area. We couldnt fault a thing and would 100% return. Highly recommend . 5* for sure 👍

Comfortable house conveniently located to Praca

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable house tucked away in the Aldeamento within a short walking distance of the beach and Praca. The property is well equipped with everything you should require. Daniel is a most welcoming host who responded to our questions and requests very promptly and to our satisfaction. The description of the property is accurate although the sea view is now somewhat compromised by the growth in the distant trees. A very pleasant stay all round.

Beautiful Villa fantastic location

Had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa it really was like home from home! It was very clean and ticked every box and had everything you could possibly need. The location is absolutely spot on as it is in close proximity to the beach and restaurants I would highly recommend this villa and wound definitely like to return in the near future! I would also like to thank our host Daniel for our early check in and late check out and for being so accommodating before/during our stay

A Lovely Villa

Lovely villa, with well designed space and within easy walking distance to the beach and Praca. The local contact (Liz) was most helpful with re problems with the front door. More detailed instructions on how to use the air conditioning efficiently would have been useful. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Exactly what we were looking for.

Owner very responsive, perfect location, equal distance between the gym and the beach (5mins walk). Parking easy in June with supplied permit. House clean and really comfortable beds! Spacious sofa, well equipped kitchen and the rooftop terrace was a lovely sun-trap. Would highly recommend this town house.

Beautiful, clean property for the ultimate relaxing holiday

Everything was great. It was exceptionally clean on arrival. The location was brilliant, about 6 minute walk (downhill) to the beach front, restaurants and bars, about a 15 minute walk to the supermarket, much easier with a car - especially if carrying water, coal etc. The relaxing areas of the property are great i.e. The lounge and balcony area. Could do with one more seat on the balcony. Our only negative was a lack of hand soap I'm bathrooms, toilet roll and bin liners as essential welcome items. Would have been a nice touch especially if not staying for so long.. Increases waste. Thank you for a great stay!
